This company decided to trash the name of a PSW. That they don't even know. When called out on it they called them a bunch of Leslie's, made fun of Nigeriens and just kept going. Please do not trust your Healthcare or anyone you love to them

I went in there mot knowing what to do I was very worried. They dealt with me in a very kind and professional manner. I was very happy with the way i was treated. They helped me with all my medical needs. I then brought my mom that has alit of medical problems and they helped her alot more in one fay then in the 15 years she has been going allover the place for her medical needs. I want to thank the owner especially Max he is a Super Amazing Human being. I left there so happy I wanted to cry. Because of the le ek of care my mom and i recieved in their clinic.

My first Experience with Pyramid Health Care Services Inc was Excellent. I hurt my lower back at work a few weeks ago and I was told my back was spasmed. They took X-rays and it came back showing that. I now have to do physiotherapy to strengthen that area and help it heal . In a few months wsib is sending me to a sports doctor to do some testing. Pyramid Health Care Services was very understanding with my situation and got me in right away with no problems. They took good care of me. The receptionist was very kind, attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Pyramid Health Care Services Inc for everything. I know it was a last minute call in and I needed to start my physiotherapy ASAP and you fit me in no problem and understood right away . People beware of this guy. I have phone calls and messages to prove what kind of person Max is. I recently applied for a PSW position with Pyramid. The facility that i was being sent to was a LTC facility. I was asked to start working immediately but i thought it was strange that i wasn't asked for any supporting documents indicating that i am qualified. In addition to that Max felt it was appropriate to call me at 11 pm on two separate occasions. I questioned Max as to why i was not asked for my qualifications and i also pointed out to him how unprofessional it is to call someone at 11 pm for something that could have been discussed during regular hours. Max didn't like what I had to say so he sent me belittling messages calling me names and so on. Max said the facility needs help and you are worried about your credentials, as he is adding his belittling comments in there. I had not even started working for him yet. I questioned a couple of things and Max proceeded to belittle me, call me names etc because I told him I was declining accepting that position. I spoke with the facility that I was supposed to start working at, showed them the messages from Max and they were not impressed. Max went as far as to tell them that I was terminated, which is funny because again I showed the messages where I had said that I was declining the position. Good luck to anyone that wishes to pursue a career with this guy. I still have all the proof of the conversations that took place. Keep in mind people that being a patient and an employee two separate things. It appears from reading other posts that Max is quite the individual. Should be interesting to see what his response is to my post. Again I have kept the conversations that took place between myself and Max for proof. Not a good person!!!! It appears that if Max doesn't like what he hears or sees he reverts to belittling, and name calling. How professional is that?

This is a scam. Need more proof look at the picture. If this is your nurse I wish you the best... Love the follow up response as well! Wait until Better Business Bureau gets a look at this!

It is rather commendable that Dr. Magdy, the Medical Director of the clinic refuses and shall in the future continue to refuse to entertain any fraudulent claims from any community members living in Ontario. He has always been committed to the well-being of the people and the community as a whole.Dr. Magdy shall continue to uphold the clinic values and not give into any fictitious or false claims intended with the sole intent of malice. The Director has made it very clear to the community right from the beginning in his words and in action that his first priority is to give back to the community and provide the best support services possible.

Don't believe the glowing 5 star" reviews they're fake. Max called me at 11pm after messaging me on indeed asking if I'd go out to a retirment home for a night shift. Did not ask Me for any documentation

I've been working and going to school from home. I know I should have bought a better chair, because I would sit for more than 14 hours without getting up, but I didn't. I woke up one morning and my neck and back were in so much pain that I could barely move. I tried taking painkillers, but they barely did anything. Luckily for me Pyramid Health Care Services fixed me up. I can move my neck and bend without my back hurting.In my experience with Pyramid Health Care Services, I found them to be polite, courteous, and understanding. Before anything was done to me, they explained the procedure. I had no problem with my insurance either.I'm just happy to be pain free. Thanks Pyramid Health Care Services!In case you're wondering, yes, I bought a new chair. But, if this new chair doesn't work I know where to go if my neck and back start feeling bad again!
