Great Canadian Oil Change

Came in for an oil change tonight, service was excellent, prices very fair, communication was great as well as pointing out any issues for us to decide if we wanted them dealt with. Nothing felt pushy or aggressively trying to make sales. Thanks guys, definitely will be back next time we need something done to the car.

Kudos to Joe Norton, and his staff at Pro Oil Brockville. They are exceptionally customer-centric, very fair on the service charges, and very thorough with the work. Did you know they do more than oil and tires and wiper blades??? These guys are great - for me, aside from Oil and Lube, they keep my chrome rims super clean inside and out, so they always remain sealed and balanced. They were able to troubleshoot some very difficult electrical problems with my headlights; and were even able to remove and replace a driveshaft on my AWD SUV! They do Air Conditioning and Battery Service, and can change just about any fluid your vehicle has! These guys give me great confidence that the work is going to be done right the first time, every time, and at the fairest possible pricing. And don't get me wrong - you can trust these folks like you trust your hairdresser! (Doesn't everyone want to trust their hairdresser?)

I showed up on a Friday morning and drove right in. I was greeted by Garland who was courteous and friendly. He was efficient and worked well with Matt who was doing the actual oil change and I could here them very politely exchanging information in a way that showed mutual respect. The same was true when Aidan came to help Garland with something on the computer. Matt then demonstrated to Breanna an efficient way to clean the windshield and the entire experience was fun to watch. She was receptive to the lesson and also very polite It was so pleasant and they were all so kind to each other and beyond professional. It did not go unnoticed.

I showed up today having no clue what to do for an oil change and these two guys took care of everything for me. They were super helpful and very fast while still being thorough. I was very happy with the service I got and won’t be hesitating to go again if I need anything.
