Nous avons eu recours aux services de Nettoyeur de la Cité à Gatineau à deux occasions, en complément de travaux de rénovation importants. Tout d'abord pour faire nettoyer un tapis de Turquie en laine et coton. Lors de cette visite, nous avons obtenu une estimation pour le nettoyage de nos conduits du sytème de chauffage/climatisation. Puisque nous avons été très satisfaits du nettoyage du tapis, nous avons décidé d'aller de l'avant avec le nettoyage des conduits quelques semaines plus tard. Lors de leur deuxième visite, nous avons encore pu apprécié la qualité de leur service et leur professionnalisme. Les techniciens ont porté à notre attention certains problèmes potentiels sans exercer de pression. Au final, nous avons grandement apprécié les résultats obtenus et l'interaction avec les techniciens de Nettoyeur de la Cité.

Too expensive for what it was. The cleaners didn't speak ANY French or English and I was also basically forced to call and leave a good review before they left... when I didn't get a chance to see that they hadn't washed the floors downstairs, only vacuumed. Will not hire again.

Actually, swell right after they were gone. And didn't like the fact that they ask you to do a review on the phone

Satisified in general! I thought the cleaning would have been more detailed on the stairs (did not go around the posts and water only used on flats; but that might just be how it is. Otherwise, excellent service from the entire team, from the initial call to setup appointment, to the day the work was completed. Professional, courteous and on time.

I purchased insurance on furniture I bought locally against stains and damage, so when my sofa needed a cleaning I filed a claim and Nettoyeur de la Cite were dispatched. Simon was friendly and professional, the call I received to book the cleaning was painless too. It was an overall pleasant experience.
