First time dealing with them and they are very polite and efficient.

Ron Pierce is extremely unprofessional and also violates privacy laws by telling who made the complaint against you.

The amount of dogs off leash in the Belleville area is unreal. They definitely don't inforce the leash by-law.

Came to get the stray cat I called about within a few hours of making the call even though I'm in trenton.

I was afraid to call at first but the staff who answered was super kind to me!! and listened to everything I had to say. Hope they follow up on the call in the morning.

I have called about a cat 4 times, its been 2 days and they still haven't made an effort to come get him. Clearly they can't do their job.

The woman we spoke to today was ignorant regarding the situation and not empathetic whatsoever. When a dog that is aggressive and a bite risk is dropped on someone and these things weren’t disclosed to the person caring for the dog don’t you think that’s grounds for animal control to become involved? Apparently not since the woman I spoke to today told me the dog is now my responsibility and I will have to get him into training. This dog is a safety risk and trying to harm my other animals, my landlord is now threatening to take us to the LTB over the noise all night. You expect me to put the well-being of my pets and potentially be homeless over an animal that’s not even mine!? Shame on you.
