This is my magic place and my refuge.If you love books , like me, you'll find Chapters worthy of your time and money.There are books to satisfy every interest.I could be looking for old titles or new releases ,they are all there.Apart from books, there is a wide range of other elegant gifts and toys.A warning, though, be careful not to get carried away, you could spend way more than you intended.

I love Chapters! I can always find many interesting odds and ends, along with my book purchases. My daughter loves going in and choosing some toddler-friendly books, always getting a smile and conversation from the employees. If I ever need assistance finding something, staff are eager and willing to help. We love our weekend Chapters trips!

Large location, and huge inventory. A lot od unique and practical items, great for gifts. Large game selection. This trip the books I want were only available online. I also wish they had a program for previously owned books.

Reasonably good book selection, they have some other interesting things as well. If the book you want isnt pretty mainstream you are better off ordering for pickup or getting it shipped to you to save yourself a wasted trip.

My goodness what can I say, I had such a great experience here and the lady working there was so helpful. There was a potential mess up and this lady figured it all out and helped me out. I've never had an experience like that at any other Chapters. I hope this is not an isolated incident with how good the customer service was.

I have always loved this store, but this morning I tried to order two books online for pickup, paid for them by VISA, and never received a confirmation email. One was listed as in-store. When I called, the person said well you can come in and just buy it and we will cancel the online order. It just doesn't make any sense. I don't recommend trying to order online for pick up - I would suggest you just have it delivered to your house.

COVID restrictions are almost over. Looking forward to coming in and sitting down, reading a bit and then taking it home. I love the cozy atmosphere of these stores and growing up, my family would come in for hours, buy a few things, then move on. Great spot with friendly staff.They still have delays in getting their online orders due to COVID backups, so keep that in mind when ordering. It's been almost 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date. Still a great spot for knowledge.

Chapters also has a great variety of toys. The new Lego sets appear earlier than other place.Nice environment to walk around and check out some books.Starbucks is located inside.You can also place an order online for in store pickup.The staffs are lovely and very helpful.
