Mark responded quickly to our initial inquiry, came and did a thorough assessment of the situation, and proposed alternative solutions for us to ponder. Installation was timely, neat, and as described. We now breath more easily knowing the radon levels are well under control.

WE purchased a radon mitigation system from Radon secure in 2022 and we were completely impressed with the service. Our levels were in the 500's and once the system was installed our levels dropped to about 6. The install was done very quickly and the installer was very clean and left no mess once the install was completed. Would definitely recommend.

He explained the various steps associated with radon mitigation, discussed the site specific circumstance and options and then installed the recommended solution quickly and on budget. Radon levels dropped markedly. We are very satisfied with Mark and Radon Secure.

We are very satisfied with the work of Radon Secure. Starting with their sales person, Peter, and then dealing with the owner, Mark, everything went well. They clearly explained what needed to be done. Once we agreed to their recommendation, a date was booked for the installation. The day of the install went smoothly and they left our home as clean as they found it. It is not easy to find a company that does what it says it is going to do and does it on time. The good news is the installation totally remediated our radon concerns.
