Amazing store

I've been a long-term customer here for a while, I dropped in today April 29th to see if my favorite juice was back in stock. I was severely disappointed with my visit.I decided to try a new juice instead since my favorite still wasn't in stock after 4 weeks of checking periodically. After finishing my purchase I asked the short black haired lady when their next juice shipment should arrive. She told me she has no idea and that she doesn't care, so I asked if she can inquire with someone who does know. She told me no & some other dude who was chatting with her in the store said the manager doesn't even know that stuff". Since I have past experience working at an e-cigarette store I replied with "someone should know what products are arriving and their arrival date". Again she replied with "I don't care". I told her if she doesn't care she should quit customer service.She had terrible

Amazing spot!

Terrible experience simply trying to buy pods for my wife. The man who was working insisted he couldn’t help me if I didn’t have the vape with me, even though every other time I come in I get somebody knowledgeable.He ends up giving me the wrong pods and when I come back and complain he tells me I’m wrong and theyre the right ones, they physically did not fit in the vape.I started coming here because its across the street but with service this bad I might as well go back to driving to Sir Vape a Lot
