Rented a bobcat on tracks, a bucket and had them deliver & pick up. The whole process was seamless. Cindel was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Delivery and pick up was well organized and was exactly when promised.

Rent bobcats from here every year for cleaning up corrals. Had a bit a an issue this year. Got one machine used it like ten hours then tblhe main hydraulic supply line blew under the cab and so they came and replaced the machine. While wouldn't you know it. Four hours later the same thing happened. And so after the weekend they brought out another one. Think they could've saved themselves hassle by just replacing the hoses but we were very happy with there survive non the less.

James Wiebe and his team lack professionalism, experience and most of all customer service. Do yourselve a favor and avoid dealing with Duron Equipment's service department. They are not mechanic's, they just though hours of guessing on repairs. Do not know the equipment like you would expect from a dealership. Replace complete assemblies because they do not understand basic mechanics. Go somewhere that has skilled mechanics, there are lots of better places than Duron Equipment.

Staff was good. KERA was quick to respond to emails. Overnight shipping took a week which was total BS bcs my machine was down and desperately waiting to work (like all skid steers i assume). I ended up paying the same as i would (2 pins, washers, bolts $200) for a lot more parts had i ordered online (entire bobtach rebuild kit) but i was oddly still not upset or disappointed. Wasn't charged the ludicrous over night fee (bcs it took almost a week) but tbh $59 for shipping on a tiny pin was insane to start with... will use again but hope they will keep more part for 463 s70 instock as its not an uncommon unit...

These guys have extremely good customer service. My excavator was over heating, I called and within an hour I had Someone (Craig) bring me a replacement device to my work site and take mine to get fixed under warranty. I am very happy with my experience.

We recently purchased a CT2040 and have received the most outstanding service. Brandyn and Steve have been absolutely amazing going above and beyond to help us out with this purchase! Purchased a Mt85 bobcat threw power lease with Shawn who left to vermeer. I paid duron equipment for maintenance since the date of purchase. I had bolts loose & had to take it in for repair late March 2020. They never topped off the engine oil & neglected to let me know. Now my machine ran out of engine oil & the engine broke down. Shannon took care of my machine. She told me that duron equipment was losing money in late March. Now they billed me 3 grand in rental fees since the engine broke down May 26, 2020. They told me its my fault since I should have been topping off the engine oil. That was the first time they told me to do it. They tried billing me 10 grand for a new engine & labor. Now after 2 months of waiting for the insurance company only to let me know they dont cover neglect of engine oil. My bill got taken down to 8660 after paying 3000 in rental fees to keep my business running. They made more money after their initial price. They were scamming me from the beginning. I found a better company to maintain my machine from now on. They robbed me & treated me very poorly. Im surprised this happened from the top management as they did not care at all & treated me with disrespect (James Weibe). Paul Ven from operations manager also stopped my machine from going forward to getting repaired due to my Google review. I will now look to purchasing my bigger machine at CAT or Vermeer or checking out Kubota. Now I see why so many of their good employees leave. They really don't care about their customers, employees, or their machines. Only taking your money!

The experience is sorta like going to the dentist. You know it’s gonna COST but it will all be better after service is done. It’s not cheap. Gotta wait and wait when my machine is down. They need competition.

Very poor rental & customer service!! Delivery was 3Hours LATE and our crew had to deal with the delayed project schedule. I called to complain, however, no returned call was made. Very disappointing!
