Joe removed a wasp nest that was in our brick (wasps were getting in the house). Highly recommended.

Joe was honest, thorough, and explains why his solution to pest control is the preferable approach - I couldn't ask for more!!!! Unfortunately, had a termite issue in my home. Joe came out to review the situation quickly, inspected the situation, told me exactly what needed to be done to control the issue, and how to best prepare my home so he could deliver the most effective treatment. He walked me though the entire process to make sure we'd uncovered the source. He was responsive, respectful, not at all pushy, and it's clear that his main goal was to solve the problem properly (at a VERY reasonable cost) not just spray chemicals and charge me for a service that wouldn't actually have any impact on my problem. If you have a termite issue, the best advice I can give you is CALL JOE! I highly recommend Joe for all your pest control needs. Joe came by today to investigate a rodent issue (mice) we have been dealing with in our basement for months and spent over 3 hours working to get this resolved for us. He was extremely thorough in looking around the house from both the inside and outside to identify any potential entry points. He noticed droppings in the insulation in our basement. He eventually identified a large crack in our garage that connects to the basement which appeared to be the root cause of the issue. He did this by moving around a large shelf and heavy tiles we had in the way in our garage to be able to spot this. This speaks to the level of Joe’s attention to detail and thoroughness in his work. Afterwards, he ensured this crack was properly sealed. In addition, he left a good amount of bait in various parts in the basement and in the insulation to ensure any existing mice are exterminated.Joe will also complete a follow up in 6-8 weeks to ensure the issue has been resolved. This shows that he truly cares about his customers and resolving the root cause of the issue unlike other pest control companies.We are extremely happy with the service Joe has provided. Joe from Snap Pest Control is the absolute best! My husband and I moved into our new home and immediately dealt with 2 basement floods, which led to an ant infestation. I called Joe and he responded within the hour. Upon hearing how anxious I was to get the insect issue resolved, he rearranged his schedule and came to see me that day. He not only located the source of the infestation and sprayed our basement thoroughly and completely, he also walked the perimeter of our home and pointed out a few areas where insects could be entering our home. Joe caulked the areas he could and returned 2 weeks later for a subsequent spray that I asked for, and to seal up our basement windows as an extra precaution at no extra charge. We haven’t seen 1 live bug in the basement since, fingers crossed it remains that way! I live in an old semi-detached house. My neighbours did a gut job on their house and since then we have had a huge mouse issue. We agreed together to call a pest control company, one of the large ones, and they came promptly. However, they were very unhelpful and stated it was our responsibility to find and block any holes the mice might be using to enter. They put poison traps on every floor of the house even though we had only seen them on the main floor. Well, the mouse problem got much worse, and we were seeing them everywhere, morning, noon, and night. I dreaded coming home. I couldn't invite anyone over in case they saw mice or droppings. It didn't matter how much I cleaned; the mouse droppings were everywhere. I moaned to a friend of my about how bad the situation had got. Thankfully, she told me about Joe.
