This place is awful they stole everything out of my car and played dumb when I asked . Seems like the yard is ex convicts or junkies that use the extras in the cars as a personal bonus ! One day you will rip off the wrong person and you will get what’s coming to you ! People are already upset coming there and that’s how you act . Gross example of human life !

Very bad services . Bad customer services . Cheating bid system. Try to catch any mistakes from buyer to blame him. ADEASA is way better that impact. Adeasa gives chance to their customers in case something happened. Do not buy from Impact. Have bad experience with them specifically Richmond branch

I went to pick up a car that was in a fromt end collision. After waiting 40 minutes a yard addenant drives it out and locks the keys in the car. It sits there idling with front end damage till the unlock it using chain saw wedges instead of a air bag. Brutal experience. Stay away from this garbage selling auction house.
