I bought my Nissan from this dealership and have experienced top notch service! Although it was a couple years ago, they continue to check in with me from time to time. I haven’t received this kind of service with any other vehicle I purchased elsewhere. Top notch team who care about the customer and their experience!

PSA, if you are buying a vehicle there make sure you read the purchase agreement well. They have a unique way of doing business when it comes to finance. In my case it was the $3000 reconditioning fee on my trade that was the biggest deal breaker but not the only one. Between the recon fee and the dealer fees it was close to 4k in fees. Also was told the vehicle I wanted to buy was 3 different prices. It was 31k, then when I went inside it was 35k. I checked the add they posted and it was 32k? Pretty shady way of doing business.

This is the best Nissan Dealership on Vancouver Island, no question. No sales pressure or tactics, just straight forward and easy to deal with. Colin was great, and even delivered our new Kicks to Victoria. By far the best new vehicle purchase experience we've had to date, we dealt by text and email which was super efficient and painless. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Has to be the best car buying experience Iv ever had! Colin Woodside went over and above are highest expectations. No pressure to buy, multiple ideas and vehicles to test drive, and he even helped us after hours on his own time to make sure we had the right vehicle for us. He was always just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns. With Colin leading the way and the amazing support staff to help make our new vehicle for our growing family possible I could not say enough good things. Can’t say enough how impressed I am with the North Island Nissan team, specifically Ryan our sales rep and Jastin our service rep. We bought our 2015 Kia Sedona SXL from them with amazing service (Ryan covered our ferry ride, and delivered the vehicle to the ferry terminal) and after navigating a couple curve balls after the purchase that no one could have anticipated they covered us and took care of us remotely on the mainland. I don’t know how many other dealerships would have responded the way they did but they covered us financially and truly cared for our family. This experience showed me how trustworthy and customer focused their whole team is. Thanks everyone!

Have to give props to The sales department, Specifically Kyle Stoudt, was looking at a vehicle in their inventory and Kyle was extremely helpful answering questions, Even taking some photos and videos on parts I had questions about as I was not local. Worked extremely hard to make a deal work, and after deciding to go a different way was extremely courteous and wished me the best. Excellent work. To management, This guy goes above and beyond and was one of the most helpful and respectful salesman I've dealt with.

I have been through various dealerships for the car I wanted but the way Colin and Brian from North Island Nissan, Campbell river, took care of it, felt like an unreal experience.
