Unfortunately, you will be disappointed. The owner who I had my service with will rush you and will not do a good job. Don't beleive me, ask others and look at the reviews. On top of this, she'll try to upsell you on the moisture treatment. Considering how many better options there are nearby and she'll charge at least $50 for a manicure and pedicure (plus tip) - think twice. Buyer beware.

Did the waxing service, was more expensive than where I usually go. Wax stuck some of the time as it was not ripping off the first time. Lost some skin, which is not a big deal. If you’re just doing legs and underarms, this place is okay, but I wouldn’t come back for bikini. The staff are friendly though so that’s a plus :)

I have been coming to Haven Nails for over 5 years. I have always been completely satisfied with my experience and service. They recently did a major renovation in the salon, and it looks awesome. It's bright, clean, and comfortable. I have been a customer many times at the very end of the day and observed the staff meticulously clean every inch of the salon.I have seen several different staff, and always had great service. They are very attention to detail with both manicures and pedicures - and typically when I do shellac on my nails (just on my natural nail) it stays on until literally my nail beds are grown out. I have been to other salons in a pinch, and find that my shellac will come off WAY quicker.Historically yes I've had to wait here or there for 15-20 minutes after I arrive (this has happened in the past a few times at most) but I never minded waiting because it's great service for an affordable price. However, the past year I've noticed a big improvement on waiting, and haven't had to wait at all if I've made an appointment. I think they are finding a better way to manage their scheduling to avoid customers having to wait, and being more realistic with their walk-in capacity.I always find myself a bit frustrated by highly negative reviews or occasionally witnessing a customer treat the staff in dismissive/derogatory way when I've actually been in the salon, because of course if you've received poor service than it's fair enough to make a complaint, but overall these women are extremely hardworking, fitting in so many customers every day and offering great, detailed, and affordable service. The salon is also so nice inside! My mother in law goes to a high end spa for her manicures and pays over $100 for a manicure, so I'm absolutely MORE than satisfied with the amazing service at Haven at $25 for a manicure.Officially the longest review I've ever written, so cheers to you for reading :)

I got a simple shellac manicure done from this place on 19th of May. Firstly, they charged me 49.7 dollars for a simple French design saying that I chose my design and hence it will be an extra 8 dollars. Firstly, the design did not look good at all. I was disappointed as I know that for the same price I could have gotten a wayyyy better manicure and even a pair of good acrylics. So I kind of felt ripped off. Then, to my surprise the shellac didn’t even last a week whereas I clearly asked the lady who reassured me saying it lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Near my nail bed, the shellac became a little translucent and bubbly, looking extremely bad and soon after my nails had cracks in the shellac.I wouldn’t recommend going here at all, atleast for a shellac manicure.Really disappointed at the price and the quality of service.

May was very patient and very nice. She kept confirming with me with the length, colour and shape. I usually have a very specific shape and size that I want and she was really sweet about it. Definitely recommend May for your nail designs.

K I don’t ever write reviews but I’m so unimpressed I want to share so others can make a more informed decision. For background I have been getting acrylics 8+ yrs, tried Haven bc my nail lady at another salon is on Mat leave.Went in for a new set, they filed my middle fingers crooked and despite me raising my concern multiple times, they would talk back at me that they saw no problem. Eventually i just gave up bc I was there for like 2 hours and I was tired of arguing. Not 2 weeks later, 4/10 nails are lifting, and one is cracked. I take very good care of my nails and they last me a MINIMUM 3 weeks. So I called and asked to get them repaired. They make me wait 20 mins despite booking an appointment. I get there and the woman is arguing with me that they only do free repairs within 4-5 days, and that my nails are 3 weeks old, which they are not. We go back and forth, honestly I should have just left. So it’s $5 a nail, and I’m like ok well I’ll just do 2.While this is happening the girl next to me is speaking up about her nails being crooked, and like me before, told they “look fine and nothing’s wrong with them”And now onto the repair…She proceeds to burn one finger with the electric drill, and cut my skin resulting in bleeding on the other. She says sorry, then proceeds to charge me the full amount.Idk personally if I injured a client TWICE i wouldn’t be charging them, or at least charge them half. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. I just wanted to get out of there and I knew based on my last two times I tried to speak up, there was no point. I paid and left. Never going back. And just bc they like to argue and make their customers out to seem like they’re lying, here’s a photo of my throbbing bleeding finger. Enjoy. So so so unimpressed. Zero respect for their clients and zero pride in their work. Like arguing w your clients who are not happy is such an ugly look.Anyways hopes this helps someone out there.

I asked for sparkly blue ombré nails. There’s nothing ombré about this. Was very happy to have them taken off at vinpearl nail salon and re-done properly.

The place looks wonderful, sparkly and clean, Probably one of the best. One of my complaints is when the main boss in not there staff do not follow through with health rules. Staff sit in the clients chairs and put their shoes up where clients feet will go. Chairs are not sanitized between clients, Nail tools are dropped on the floor, and put back on tables without sanitizing them first. The place looks clean, still reason for cross contaminationto happen.A very hard working boss, but she can not always see everything, or is not there all the time.

Their behaviour was not appropriate and polite. A person who did my pedicure she was nice l, but for my manicure no. When I asked her some questions she got angry and answer me impolite. And also their job for refilling, I was not satisfied because they injured my skin. They all talk in their language. Massaging my feet was good.

It's not a bad place to go. I did read all the reviews and I must agree that there's been many times the workers are constantly talking in their mother tongue. Which sometimes I don't mind but most of the time it's often. I've been there a handful of times and there's been a couple of times that I needed to wait 20-30mins even with an appt. while they tended to the walk-ins which made me very annoyed. Their level of professionalism is not all there, but most of the time the staff are nice/friendly. Mind you, I would not know if they're gossiping about me.Overall, the quality of workmanship is not bad...depending who you get to do your nails. I really liked Sammy's work but she's not there anymore. I liked the quality work of Mimi, and Choyli just did my shellac ombre and I was happy with it. I still have my favourite salon as my preference to go to, but this one is a little bit closer to home so I don't mind them.
