Franken solar was supposed to monitor my system but instead I got a call from my electricity provider that we had not been producing in over 2 months. I contacted them, and again and again.they referred me to someone else...I have now been not producing for 4 months, the summer months on a system not yet 2 years old. While working from home and thus having electricity needs...We're now 2 years without our solar system producingI have spoken by now with 8 different people at Franken Solar, everyone will look into it and get back to me within a week and no-one ever does.

Been purchasing schneider solar for aprox 1yr and service is great shipping is fast ,also someone to talk with if needed

I have been down for 7 months. On a 1 year old system.They Blame Huawei, Huawei blames them.I purchased directly from Frankensolar, guaranteed top tier". And they still sell Huawei....hmm.So it is Huawei's fault

These folks are really great to deal with and the pricing is very competitive even against US online stores. I would recommend anyone to source their off grid solar equipment from them. Definitely a place I can rely on for warranty and fast, friendly service.

My experience with Frankensolar was excellent. We needed solar panels, string inverter, and racking for a 10K solar system. Our sales rep (Jason) was friendly, informative, and helpful.
