Sarah and her staff at Del Norte are dog-centred people who understood how to let my dog, Jude, feel safe, welcomed, and accepted with patience and smiles. Literally, life savers over the past two years. So grateful!

Very unprofessional and disappointed experience from here. My dog got a scratch from here and they didn’t noticed until I picked him up. It was a big size near his tail. Hard to miss it. at least I think the kennel should known where he got and how he got and when he got, and informed me.

So far we've had nothing but a great experience with Del Norte Kennels. We have a rescue dog that is extremely protective, and does not socialize well with anyone other us, and not only did they accept him, they are able to socialize with him. Ours jaws hit the floor the first they came out walking him on a leash to us. Honestly, we were panicked that he would bite them, but he was his usual self as he is with us.

Our dog went for a last minute stay for a couple nights and they took good care of her. Everyone was friendly and the whole process was fast, efficient and made very easy to book, check in and pick up my dog. Will definitely be using again in future when needed!

We have a fear reactive dog and they were able to accommodate his stay. He gets super excited apon arrival and is clearly well taken care of while on his visits. We will not go anywhere else for both our dogs :)

Sarah really went a step above and beyond when our house caught fire and we were displaced, although pretty booked up, she made it work, and I cant explain how thankful I am for that. Best part, my dogs love all the people there. So they get excited and happy whenever I take them there. There is no other reassurance a pet owner could need. :)

Del Norte is looking after our Husky for 6 weeks and we can’t say enough for how attentive and great they have been! Allowing friends and family to stop by to visit him and to take him out/play etc. Kokomo loves going there and the staff are always so excited to see him.

Used Del Norte after a friend recommended them. They did NOT dissapoint. Our German Shepherd was so happy. Returned, calm, clean and content. Rates are reasonable too. I highly recommend.

I have used Del Norte Kennels over 10 times in the last 2 years and they treat my Lab amazing! The staff are all so friendly and loving with the dogs. I would high recommended them for your next trip away:)

It's the only place that we've successfully left our boy for more than a few hrs without receiving a call to come and pick him up . The staff are great with him and he's loves going here , he gets so excited when we tell him that he's going here
