I bought a TV from the brick in Cornwall. We went through all the measures to ensure it arrived to my home intact. Somewhere between when I saw it working perfectly (in store) and when I got it home there was a crack in the screen and it was inoperable. They did not honour any in house warranty and left me with my hands in my pockets. I do not recommend buying from The Brick in Cornwall.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I wanted to share the wonderful experience my husband and I had at the Brick in Cornwall with Joanne McCullough. Joanne was absolutely amazing. She was able to guide us through the complete process from start to finish, and her knowledge of all product is fantastic. I would highly recommend Joanne for any of your future purchases, you will not be disappointed. Joanne, thank you so much! We will definitely be back to see you :)

Our experience at The Brick was great from purchase to delivery. Paige was friendly and knowledgeable. She made the purchase of our living room chair a delight. The delivery went smoothly, John and Devon were quick and professional. They made sure that everything was good before they left. I have to say that our experience at The Brick Cornwall was stress free and delightful

Recently purchased a king size mattress and box spring from the Brick, purchase was significant and we wanted to make sure our money was going towards a high quality mattress. The customer service was excellent! I dealt mostly with Kyle and he went above and beyond to help us pick the right mattress! Its been about a month and we are very happy with our purchase. I went to the Brick, looking for a new mattress for my spare room. Paige was knowledgeable, informative and super helpful in helping me find what I wanted and in my budget. Did not feel pressured at any time. I feel she even went above and beyond by taking the time to look up all of the options for me, explaining the warranty and how to protect my new mattress from any potential pet damage. I left with a new mattress and was very satisfied.

I had a great experience, and it can be 100% attributed to dealing with Paige. I brought my mom in and we generally loathe these types of purchases, but Paige was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Thank You Paige, we will definitely bring all of our needs here in the future!
