I had multiple arm injuries over the last few months and once I finally got to see someone at this specialty clinic I thought I was in good hands. I was very wrong. The 2 main problems here are incompetence and administration bureaucracy. I had a UCL injury and I was sent to see Dr. Labell. She was an upper arm specialist and was not able to provide help for the lower arm problems. She misdiagnosed one problem and told me the other didn't exist. She was eventually proven wrong on both accounts. She also told me she couldn't help with anything to do with lower arm and that I had to go back to a walkin clinic and wait 4+ more months to see someone about 2 major arm injuries. I waited and then found out it was booked for an upper arm specialist again so i had go go back and wait another 4+ months. I could go on and on about this including my new lower arm Dr. just not returning calls about serious complications when informed. It's been 14 months now and i still haven't seen a lower arm specialist face to face. I have been calling and begging and I just get nothing but bureaucracy and incompetence,. I could go on and on with anecdotes you wouldn't believe. I am basically crippled in my right arm now...maybe for life.and i am waiting to launch a lawsuit.

Dr.Ruby Grewal was a super experience for me. I am very grateful for her expertise and her gentle and caring concern for me. I was in extreme pain for over two weeks...and lucky for me, she took over my care. Thankyou!

I am thankful to be in the capable hands of Dr. Joseph at this clinic. I struggle with communication/cognitive issues, which seems a significant barrier for me as I attempt to seek treatment. Even with his insanely busy schedule, he maintains a sincere bedside manner. Dr. Joseph's time and concern made a difference for me, building the confidence I needed to trust him with my treatment moving forward.

Great experience taking my wife here to get an infection in her hands resolved. They called us the day after the long weekend as we went to the emergency room on the long weekend so that was nice that they actually didn't make us wait around for a follow-up call. The staff were friendly and helpful during the appointment and did a procedure on my wife the very first day we went in instead of making us come back for another appointment. Would recommend but I don't think you have any other choice in the area anyway LoL!!! ☺️

Very rude receptionist for the company and Dr Feber. Was accused of being angry due to my deep monotone voice. I did mention they were supposed to call me the next day with an appointment. Regardless it doesn't mean I was angry because they have a difficult time doing simple tasks, I just wanted to set up my appointment. Furthermore she told me she is waiting on radiology and that she would mail me my appointment rather than calling me. Poor service

Terrible experience! Dr. Ruby Grewal is a terrible person with below zero bedside manners and communication skills. she never listens to you, never properly answers your questions, you will be rushed and she wont even bother seeing you before or after surgery and will refer you to another Dr. as she obviously used to do. The lady who changed my cast was no better! She literally shouted at me and I burst into tears. those 2 people are terrible! Worst Doctor experience ever!!

This place is the model of efficiency and medical within its speciality. Get in early for your appointment and the preliminary examination will happen sooner than you expect, although having something to read while on the waiting queue is still a good idea.However, having weekend hours so people with Mon-Fri work schedules would not be too much to ask to avoid missing work time.

Just saw Dr Ross at Hand & Upper Arm. He was the Dr on call. Never met anybody as rude and condescending. Questioned my reason for being there, questioned my referral. I’ve seen other Drs in that clinic with extremely positive outcomes (Dr Gan, Dr Gillis), I will not see Dr Ross again. Definitely needs to look into retirement, his bedside manner is horrific!

The two surgeons I seen for my right wrist/forearm/arm do not deserve even one star. I do not recommend this place at all.I seen Dr. Graham King for my wrist. Imaging I've had completed show ulnar impaction syndrome; surgery was refused due to my pain being inconsistent with the imaging that had been done. Dr. King insisted it was chronic pain" and stated "since you won't take narcotic's theres nothing I can do to help you".Fast forward a year of fighting with my family doctor

Amazing staff and customer service! I broke my index finger on my left hand and the process was amazing. Dr. Faber was the first surgeon I saw and recommended that I have surgery to put screws in my finger so the healing process would be faster. He handed me off to Dr.Wong to get surgery from her because of an opening spot. She and her team were amazing to work with as well as all the staff with getting prep for surgery. Highly recommend this place!
