It's a nice, secluded beach. I was there one Friday afternoon in August, and there was only one person there. She left and I had the entire beach to myself. Although it's quite a beautiful beach, it's not a good place for swimming. There is nothing but rocks and mud under the water. I cut my toes and the bottom of my foot on broken zebra mussel shell shards. (Although this is likely becoming a problem at many Lake Winnipeg beaches). If your planning on going swimming here I highly recommend water shoes/water socks (whatever you call them).If you're looking for a nice, quiet, secluded beach, this place is pretty nice. However if you want to go swimming, Gimli would probably be better.

Great beach. . Have enjoyed this place for many years. Not a busy place so nice to come here for quiet reflection. Zebra muscles are evident.
