Jason and his crews were amazing. From the first phone call to a beautiful finished in ground 16’x32’ salt water water pool the experience was great. Great advice and helpful through every step of the process. Jason personally came and showed us how to maintain and operate the pool. My family and I couldn’t be happy with our pool by Ever Clear pools. I highly recommend them!

I have been using EverClear for pool opening/closing for the past few years. From the moment you call, you know they are a customer focussed company. Their technician Taylor is great! He is friendly and always calls before appointment time, does the work in a timely and neat manner, and brings any issues to your attention right away. Great fellow to have working on your Pool. Give EverClear a call if you want prompt and courteous service.

We purchased a new liner from Everclear. After install there were many wrinkles which they came back to remove. After the first winter the pool liner was again full or wrinkles. They refused to repair or replace it and it looks horrible They will not provide the manufacture phone number to us so we can deal with the issue. They blame us that we did not keep a chemical analysis. When the liner was installed we were never given any paperwork or warranty requirements so we did not know that we had to keep a record. We have had other pool companies involved and they state that we need to contact the manufacturer but we have no clue who made the liner as Everclear will not tell us. I would not get a liner from this company as they DO NOT warranty it within the year!!! I guess it is small claims court.......

Everclear installed our pool a couple of years ago and although there were some covid related issues impacting the schedule, our pool is awesome and Jason and his team have been terrific to deal with. Service issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

We used Everclear to build our pool approx 6 years ago and then we have them open/close the pool every Spring and Fall since.We have always had good attentive service from them and no problems with our pool (except for some minor warranty issues that they repaired immediately). We definitely recommend Everclear!

We had a poor experience with this company when having our inground pool built, although we really did try to be patient and understanding given the product delays and how busy everyone was after the lockdown. We signed our contract and paid our deposit in March 2021, construction didn't start until Aug 11, 2021 and we were told 6 weeks and it would be ready, however we were not able to swim the first time until June 2022.We had never had a pool installed before and were uncertain about the process, something that was not adequately explained by the Project Manager Jason at the time. The placement of the pool in the yard was discussed only briefly, and it was never shared with us, that given the slope of the yard, that when it was done, standing on the deck would put you at waist high to the exterior fence. If we had been made aware of this, we would have chosen to relocate the pool. Once it was under construction, we started receiving emails from individual service providers, not understanding that we were responsible for paying them all ourselves. We were also told that even though we lived in Penticton, that there would be no additional costs from their perspective, due to distance - however they failed to advise that some of the contractors they employ, do charge mileage to drive outside of Kelowna. This prompted us to then find some local companies in order to save some costs. The electrical contractor that came to do his part, had the music so loud in the backyard we had to ask to have it turned down for fear of disturbing our neighbors, as well he sat in a food truck his friend parked in front of our house for 2 hours and chatted... We were rarely contacted by Jason with updates or scheduled dates, we continued to reach out to weekly to get schedules and see if anything was happening that week. The communication was very unprofessional and resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. We felt we couldn't plan to be away in the event someone might show up to work. The workers of the company were great - friendly, helpful, answered a lot of our questions and regularly showed empathy for our delays. They too felt the delays were unfair. The building stopped in the end of Oct 2021, to resume in the spring due to weather and restarted in May 2022. The finished product is great, we are happy with it and had only some minor issues that needed correction before completion.Others in our neighborhood commented on how a house at the end of the block used a local company and had their pool completed in very short order, the running joke for the neighbors was whether we would ever get to see the end of this process.Given our experience I could not recommend this company solely on the lack of professionalism and communication.

EverClear pools did a fantastic job building our magnificent pool...could not ask for a better job from start to finish. Highly recommended EverClear for anyone considering a pool in one's back yard, you can't go wrong.
