I LOVED living here. Everybody was nice to me! JOE the landlord is absolutely AMAZING! He fixes any issues you have ASAP! Have you met the owner? He is amazing too! I love living within this company. I have never had any problems that weren't fixed!

This is a great place to live.Clean!A great manager.Joe keeps the place organized.No bugs !There has been new ownership and management in the last 10 years so please don't acknowledge any old reviews!

This apartment complex is one of the premier places to live in Windsor. The manager here is amazing. They take care of All and Any issues with Anything. Clean and comfortable. The Royal Windsor Terrace is an absolutly great place to live!

This wonderfully decrepit for students and low-income families to be taken advantage of by a slumlord! This four story older-than-dinosaur-crap building boasts:- An unreliable elevator which seems to get stuck on floors at the most inopportune times (like when you have an arm full of groceries) usually by the cause of some neglectful tenant failing to check behind them and see if the gate is closed- A cult of personalities with tenants! Like crack? Love rap music? Than this place is for you! With terrible music bumping down the halls around the clock, this place is great for party goers and drug addicts alike! Love to listen to domestic violence and drunken yelling? THESE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! =D- Don't take showers often! Than live on the fourth floor where the water pressure dies within 5 minutes with hot water - or full water pressure if your into cold showers (for all those horny bachelors who can't stop hitting on women after a drunken, unsuccessful barhop from Downtown Windsor's finest bars and pubs!)- Like mold? This place has any kind of mold you could possibly fantasize about! Black mold! Green mold! Yellow mold! Mold with polka-dots and plaid stripes! Perfect for someone with a death wish and whom wants to die from asphyxiation/lung cancer/allergies and all other respiratory related illnesses!- Four large propane tanks provide any heat for the lower floors, placed dangerously close to the building for someone to drive into! =D- Don't like getting mail? Want to practice your lock-picking skills? Or do you fare exceedingly well with Breaking and Entry? Then Angelo Visochii challanges you by NOT supplying you with a mailbox key and leaving you to figure out your own creative ways to receive mail!- Want to have your windows kicked in by drunks and spend a winter with no protection from the bitter cold? Than Royal Windsor proudly presents their spacious, sometimes unpowered basement apartments for you!- Don't like talking or dealing with Landlords? Good! Angelo doesn't want to deal with tenants and won't hesitate to tell you he'll be in his office only to dodge you and gamble away your rent money at the luxurious Windsor Casino!All this and more when you move into Royal Windsor Apartments! So come! Live in misery with us, where our happiness and quality of living doesn't count for fly spit! =D
