I’ve bought 2 phones at this biz, original location and ‘the new’ The 2nd purchase went a little sideways regarding a defective wifi charging unit. That was rectified ( diagnosis was a learning exp for all ) All good now .. Friendly helpful people

Marcie was awesome to deal with. Went in with a smashed old phone and within the hour she helped me pick out a new one, made sure I had all the protection it needed so I didn't end up with a broken phone again, and was just in general a very pleasant person to talk to. Highly recommended Andre's for your phone needs.

Amazing fast internet considering our home has no fibre optic cable and I have never had an issue with the internet working, speed, or even with the customer service. Highly recommended great internet service provider

Great service. Went in thinking my phone was broken and needing to upgrade since I was using a used phone that was already a few years old instead of trying to sell me a new phone right away, they decided to look it over for free and cleaned out the charging port. It works again. I guess their tools are better than mine for cleaning out the dust. Came back once a new phone had been ordered anyway because I don't want my old phone to die one day and then suddenly have no backup. They're very helpful patient to answer my questions. Honestly, not a single bad thing I could think of at all

All 3 of the service representatives at Andre’s downtown location today were just excellent! Super helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my questions and deal with a problem that turned out to be an issue with my phone which they have sent in under warranty and provided me with a loaner in the meantime. I also saw how respectful and helpful they were with other clients. Great job! Thank you. Highly recommended!
