Have brought my dog here twice now for boarding. First time was for just one night and second time was for two weeks. Both times went great! Will definitely use again in the future. Love their hours too, makes planning pick up/drop off super convenient!

The “man” that is the “boss” here is absolutely unprofessional, rude and should not interact with staff or clients. He throws things at staff and old staff, he will talk to you like your garbage, and belittle you.The kennel stinks the minute you walk in, the dogs are in little kennels most of the day with minimal outdoor/play time. Dogs are fighting when unattended and left to fight until a “supervisor” is available. There is no care or compassion anywhere in the company from management to pets. Avoid at all costs!

Nothing but great service from Club Mead, they take the best care for my dog Buddy. He’s been staying there while we’re away for work starting back in July. He is currently staying there and he looks so happy and in great shape when we go to pick him up. The owners are the absolute best when it comes to having to take your pet to the vet. They keep you updated and treat your pet just how you would treat your own. Zero complaints about this great facility. 100 percent recommend this to anyone

I was anxious about boarding my two-year-old Collie X, Robin, after a previous bad experience at another kennel. Staff graciously answered the million questions I had, and I got to see the kennel where she would be spending the night. When I picked her up, she was calm, happy, and staff said she was great which was a huge relief. She must have had fun running around because she fell asleep the moment we got home. We will be back!

I've been boarding my dogs at Club Mead for 25 years plus now, from Owners Diana and Stu, along with their daughter Megan. I've never ever had a bad experience! They know how to handle any of the three Rottweilers that I have owned, and they possess all the competencies and professional experience to look after all types of breeds. Obviously, when I need to board my dog, I have never hesitated and will always recommend them, as I have done in the past.

I picked my doggies up from a 15 night stay at Club Mead this morning, and they are absolutely shattered! They were pleased to see me, but did not make nearly as much of a fuss as I’d expected! I can honestly say they must have had so much fun and tired themselves out so much, they barely realized how long we were gone!

Had to find a boarding kennel for two Huskies (2 yrs & 8 mths) over the holiday break on short notice, and Club Mead came highly recommended by coworkers. So thankful they were able to accommodate, and I just picked up two very happy boys!! The team at Club Mead were fantastic, and sent updates to let us know how their stay was going over the past week.We have a usual daycare that we have also used for boarding our older husky (great too but smaller & already booked) but would absolutely recommend and will be going back to Club Mead for vacations!!!

After 10 years of boarding our first PWD at Club Mead, our newest PWD had his first stay. Same great service and making sure the dogs have a great experience. He came home and crashed after all his plays with his new buddies.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean! Our dog, a 34kg Rottweiler cross, came out of the gate happy and healthy and clearly well-cared for. Will definitely board her there again.
