Just got our new windows done, and they look great! Guys were fast and efficient and cleaned up after they were done.

Vitalie was amazing to deal with and very professional. He took the time to explain all our options and to answer all our questions. Met with him at his office and he showed us the product taking time to explain everything thoroughly. We will update our review after installation however do recommend Window Mart Grande Prairie if you’re considering replacing your windows or doors! Update to come in October!!!!

Vitali was amazing, it's our first time dealing with them and they guided us smoothly in a right direction. we are young family and had no idea about the windows but did our homework before approaching them. Very impressed with the whole process. if you're looking for a reliable and most reasonable company for the window. this is the place you want to look for.

***Update***We received our windows and door for our personal acreage property recently. Window Mart was willing to drive out from Grande Prairie, friendly to our dog and children. Install was very professional and clean (drop cloth used throughout the home). We replaced all the wood windows in our older farm house. Results speak for themselves. Before we felt a draft from the rotting windows, and we are looking to install A/C this summer. The heating and cooling cost drop off alone will pay for the price of the windows and install. The first night sleep we had to turn down the heat.We also wanted lots of customization for the best airflow in the house and custom tinting for UV/sun blockage (really bad on the south wall, especially in the summer), Vitalie was able to help us through all the choices. We are really happy with the result and glad to have chosen them. The windows are all high quality, closure mechanisms feel heavy and durable, everything is encased in attractive heavy vinyl trim. We also replaced the main front door. Locking mechanism is very high quality, locks at multiple points, ball bearing hinges so light to open and balanced feel, fit and finish very good.Worksmanship quality is high, wife is very happy with the modern update to the look of the house. Having replaced a few basement windows personally, we thought the purchase was a no-brainer.********Recently purchased several doors and windows with confidence after Vitalie educated me on the different manufacturing styles. Very knowledgable and explains well. Fit and finish is impeccable. Very satisfied with entire experience.

Window Mart working today on all my windows and doors. So far they installed 3 windows. Guys are surprisingly professional and clean. They laid down drop sheets , keep my floors clean. Installed windows looks great. I am glad I ordered my windows from Grande Prairie Window Mart.

I have Window Mart installed windows and doors for me for a few projects already in Grande Prairie and Wembley. Vitalie is an onest and informative manager. He always takes time to explain the differences and inform me about the existing incentives. GP Window Mart show room is set up well, lots of doors and different windows exposed. Alex was my installer last week, he is truly professional. I where wandering about the stucco walls, no rips and tears after installation. Vacuumed the work area and cleaned all garbage behind him.I love their Tilt and Turn windows, egress aprooved. No doubt, when I need more windows or doors, Window Mart only: good products, best price, best warranty, best service, local company, always answering the phone. Highly recommend.
