Victoria's Nails & Spa

I used to enjoy going to Victoria’s. The staff were friendly, and they gave a great leg massage as well as nice pedicure. My last few visits have been getting worse and worse. This last time, I felt as if I was being rushed through, like on an assembly line, and my toes look as if a 9 year old applied the polish- with bubbles and lumps, as well as uneven filing that I had to fix myself when I got home. The tech even neglected to put cuticle oil on both feet, leaving one side greasy and dripping into my shoes, and the other side dry. I will not be returning.

Love my rainbow toes and the care and attention they take .. My toe nails always grow out with no chips.. I haven’t been anywhere else in 6 years that compares to Victoria’s nails in Glenmore

I have been going to Victoria Nails for just under a year. I have to say, the service is very hit and miss. Some of their tech's are great, others not so much. After today's appointment, I will find a new nail place. I left with 2/10 nails straight, and am now sitting at home refiling my nails. The edges were completely sharp and the ends all uneven. She sent me home with acrylic goop all over the underside of my fingers. Among other reasons, I left very unimpressed. Your staff need to be aware they are providing a *service* and there is should be a level of care for your customers while doing so. 3 stars left because I have had one phenomenal tech once, unfortunately I did not get her name to ask for her and can not risk coming back and receiving the service" I did today."

Oh my god!! Ana did an amazing job! This was no easy feat! I asked her to do the Edmonton Oilers logo on my nails and she knocked it outta the park.

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and today I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Look at the pictures yourself and you can see why I changed my review. I changed my review because, I’m bleeding, you can see my nails under the colour, the shape is really bad and on top of everything today the customer service was awful. I didn’t even complain I just wanted to get out. Paid 95$ for this. Really disappointed.

Really friendly atmosphere, Annie was my nail tech and she was super nice and I had great conversations with her. I love my nails so much very pretty and well shaped

I went in yesterday to book a nails appointment for a wedding. I asked if they could give me a girl more experience for the bride. It's her wedding and his response... there all experienced". I'm sorry but some are more then others and couldn't you just reply I'll get my best

Best manicure I've had. Attention to detail, 3 coats of polish and attentive service. Not to mention a great deal for the price. I definitely going back.

I've got dip nails here a few times with positive results but this last time was very upsetting. I felt extremely rushed at the appointment, she moved me to the front so that she could start on a new girl that had walked in less than 15 minutes after she started on me. She didn't even check the length of my nails (my thumbs were drastically different sizes). After moving me to the front, three different nail techs touched the same nail before they were dry and had to redo them (making this nail fix take longer than the time the original tech actually took to do all of my nails). There was also a dirt mark on my pinky that I had to beg for them to fix (they kept saying it was ok and was normal/part of the powder). Less than two weeks later, they are already cracked and beginning to peel off from the bottom. Dip nails are supposed to last 4-6 weeks if you take care of them (which I always do). It's a shame because this place is close to my house.
