Amazing food! I would say best Thai food in the city. Service is very fast and super friendly, and they are easily able to customize dishes (great for vegetarians). A must try!

Very friendly staff and delicious food. The dishes tasted fresh and were very filling. The portion sizes were also adequate. One side note is you do have to buy rice.

The owner is so cute and super friendly. Authentic Thai food, so make sure to choose mild or non-spicy level if you can’t eat spicy. The pad kee mao and kra pao with crispy pork are highly recommended! Also, the mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea are not too sweet. Def go back here.

An amazing new Thai restaurant run by a small family. Very quick service. Very tasty food. Definitely a spot you should try in the neighborhood. Watch the spice as this is more true Thai style.

First time coming here. The restaurant is small and cozy. Everyone was so friendly and made sure everything was good. My cousin and I ordered a few items to share:Papaya Salad was so fresh and so good. We didn't add any chilies to this dish as we were getting other ones with spice.Pork Larb Salad has a nice kick to it with the chili peppers. The sauce and veggies balanced everything out.Pineapple Red Curry with Mussels - the broth was so flavorful and the chunks of pineapple added a touch of sweetness. The mussels were very small, but there were still quite a bit in there.Red Curry with Beef - Broth was very flavorful with a little kick, lots of veggies and beef. I would probably add a little bit more spice next time to kick it up for me. I like my sauces thicker, this one was thinner - more like a soup but I didn't mind that at all.Portion sizes were good. We had some leftovers to take home.

First time eating at this restaurant. Street parking only - enough space on this one way street. The restaurant is on the smaller size - nice atmosphere and decor. We started with the Tom Kha Gai soup - the flavours were excellent. The size of the soup was smaller than we expected - one large serving or smaller bowls if you were sharing it. The chicken skewers were perfectly cooked and had a very nice peanut dipping sauce. The Pad See Ew was a nice noodle dish with chicken and broccolini's. Some of the prices were more than what we have paid at other Thai restaurants with the same size of dish - this was the only drawback to this meal. Delicious food at this restaurant. The server was friendly and attentive.

A great dining experience! Their menu has a lot of traditional Thai dishes that you can’t get everywhere like their Khao Soi— curry egg noodle with loads of toppings and the Chiang Mai sausage which was succulent with lemongrass and spices.Definitely add to your list of restaurants to try as it’s quite the gem in the West End! They’ve also got daily lunch specials!

Absolutely delicious! Very friendly service and such gorgeous food. We had the wonton soup (such tasty broth! Tons of fresh veggies), deep fried tofu with sweet and sour sauce and peanuts (oh my god, so good) and the best fresh rolls I have ever had. The other night we got pad thai and coconut rice to take out. Amazing. The online ordering was very easy and fast. We will be back whenever we are in Winnipeg!

There are underrated places, there are hidden places and then there are places that are SO UNDER THE RADAR but so good that you want to keep it that way but you want as many people to try the food and the place.Mae Sunee literally translates to Mother's Good thing - But I think it means mothers love or our mothers food and so true the place, the vibe and the food is absolutely on point and on the spot. It's one of the best THAI spots in the city, if you have to trek from southdale or transcona north to be here, you should bring along people and company and surprise them with the place and food.The place is really neat and clean and tastefully decorated. The food tastes fresh and the ingredients are fresh and top notch. The owner and her family that runs the place are very lovely people and know how to balance familial with professional set up. Its a spot you want to come to again and again.Just wish them the best and will contribute to their wealth being consistently.
