Today we had delivery of a new Computer which Shawn Ross has set up ready for use. I would like to say that I truly appreciated his patience and assistance in helping me understand the new application. I am looking forward to the new works and appreciate his time and efforts.Many thanksShawn called again to help us with the sound system, readily found the problem, solved it, and assisted me difficulties I was having. The entire experience was satisfying and this is the third time I have had to use their service. The appointment making was painless and the technician arrived right on time. The computer is old and needed some virus repairs. I was advise how to save time and money in the future, and all was done in a hour.I would definitely recommend to others and will personally use them again.

The tech was on time and very polite. He was able to solve my problem in under the hour and spent the rest of the time 'fine tuning' my computer. Before he left he explained what had happened, how he fixed it, and ways I could avoid the problem in the future...all without using that techno-babble! Very impressed, would definitely use again.

I've really enjoyed working with these guys off and on for the last 10 years -- great group, their prices are very reasonable, and they're very fast. We were very pleased with the service we received from Shawn Jones at Sneakers Computers/Dial-A-Geek during a recent visit to Victoria during which we experienced computer problems. With the help of the concierge at our hotel, we located this company & took our laptop to their office. Shawn took in our computer & promised to call within a few hours with a diagnosis.When we heard from Shawn in the allotted time, he told us what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it, the approximate cost & estimated time of completion. When we picked up the laptop the next day as promised, Shawn provided excellent service by answering our questions & going over the setup, repairs, etc., to our satisfaction. The cost was exactly what Shawn had estimated & 3 weeks after completion we are still happy that we found Shawn Jones & Sneakers Computers.
