Worst customer service ever. Lots of misunderstandings over a very simple window replacement job with nothing happened in more than 4 weeks. They tell you something then they do not do it. Been waiting to get a window repaired and installed for over 4 weeks now. So unprofessional.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Called several times to try and get someone out to quote me on home window replacement.Friday call: We'll have someone call you today when they're nearby."No show.Saturday call: "We'll call you on monday for your tuesday appointment."No show.Tuesday call: "We'll give you a call tomorrow."No show.What a waste of my time and disrespect to the customer. Yeah I can see why people would be upset about their experience. Just had a piece done and clearly, they're not the nicest, warmest people around. But they got the job done for my project to specs, and in a short notice. I swallowed my pride, tried not to comment on their at times blunt tone and left happy. But clearly they could work on better customer manners.
