Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Richmond - Steveston

We had our son’s parent teacher conference today and she was so surprised how our son has gone from barely reading to small chapter books in just 6 months. Kumon is terrific for building fundamentals of reading and encouraging kids to focus through timing their work. We are so thankful for Ester and her team and highly recommend Steveston Kumon!

Kumon Steveston is one of the best choices I made. The kids enjoy the classes and I can see their improvement in their reading and math skills in the 6 months we have been here. My son joined Kumon Steveston at the start of the 2020/2021 school year. He was unable to read, not at all interested in learning to read, he could not write or spell and did not know basic words when he saw them. After less than a year, coming once a week.My son is now able to read big books, he loves to write long paragraphs, and even knows proper grammar and punctuation. It was such a short period of time his teacher at school was even surprised how incredible he’s been doing. He has not only learned to read but has also built up his confidence. I can’t thank Kumon enough! They are excellent teachers, I will recommend Kumon to everyone.
