Used Top Nails for the last 3-4 times and it’s been great. Always used the same girl (Kim) and I’d book right after my appointment for the another one a month later. Id usually go daytime but this particular appointment was special because I had my 2 daughters with me as a treat for my sons wedding the next day. Our appointment was for 6:30. First off we had to wait 1/2 hour before getting seated. Secondly, the appointment was rushed for all 3 of us. My feet soaked for less than 10 minutes which wasn’t enough time to soften the skin to remove the excess, so that was a bit uncomfortable. Didn’t do the cuticles. Once she was ready to start, she just zipped through and I was all done in less than an hour. She didn’t use the same files and spent only 1/4 of the time she usually did. My girls also agree that it’s time to find a new salon.

the place was super busy I loved how the majority of customers were returning customers and the employee knew all their names. I loved how the owner corrected customers when they got the employee names wrong I also loved how he didn't beg for business, if u didn't have an appointment and he couldn't squeeze u in he told u to make an appointment. they were accommodating as I am disabled and Wendy did a good job on my toes.

Listen to the bad reviews.This place is DIRTY.Woman doing my nails was answering phone the whole time and not paying attention to what she doing.No top coat on toes, cold water in footbath. Wish I had a picture of the basket they kept their tools in, disgusting.Used the grinder on my nails instead of polish remover. I had no gel, no extensions, no reason to use it at all. She acted like it was a perfectly normal thing to do, when it's really a shortcut for them and damaging to the nail.$50 for a pedicure when she didn't even touch my cuticles.How are they still open?

I recently got my nails done with Louise and I was super disappointed with the outcome. She made all my nail extensions angle upwards and they looked horrible. While doing my nails, I pointed it out to her and she blamed me for my natural nails being short and mentioned that I should have told her how to do them instead. She then told me how she has been in the business for 20 years and knows what she is doing. I have NEVER had this issue with other nail technicians and who are clearly more experienced and professional than her. What should have taken 1.5-2 hours took her 45 minutes. I can’t help but feel disappointed looking at my nails everyday and feeling so eager to have them grow out so I can get it redone by someone more experienced.

I’ve been getting my nails done here consistently for the couple months and the service is always wonderful. I had Louise complete a set for me and she did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

Great place with good prices! Better to pay with cash!(if your nails cost 50$ pay with cash as if u do card it will boost it to 60+$ which still isn’t bad but if I can pay 50$ for nails I will lol) but overall everyone there is super nice and very talkative.
