We have dealt with Anthony and crew at Safety First for years. We would still be using them , but management of the complex(with other systems) decided to use a company of their choosing . They are top notch and have great customer service. If you choose to use them you would be not be disappointed.

From first phone call to end of inspection top notch company! Got me in on a last minute call so my food trailer could operate for the weekend! Marco our tech was punctual, polite, professional and went over and beyond! I would highly recommend this company, and as proof of that I will also be using them for my restaurant and not just food trailer!!

Office staff Derrick and Kay are amazing to work with and very helpful, regular service and emergency service are fast and top notch. Mechanics that show up for sprinklers, fire alarms kitchen suppression systems and annual inspections are all great people, Super friendly and knowledgable. We the CAA Center have been with safety first for probably 15 years now and all around great company. As a facility manager I have numerous companies trying to get into our business and no one will ever come close to the service and price I get from safety first.

I highly recommend Safety First! My job requires me to set up fire suppression services for many restaurant customers across the GTA. I always suggest they use Safety First as they always get the job done on time, they are extremely professional and competitively priced. Anthony is my Account Manager. Honestly, you won't find a more reliable Fire suppression company in Canada. I've personally dealt with them multiple times on a professional level and I must say - if you're looking for a long term partner that is going to constantly have your back, this is a no brainer. They are organized and by the book & have taken ownership of fire-suppression for me. From engineered stamped drawings during design all the way to installation, certification & bi-annual Maintenance, I've always never had to worry.Thank you guys for making my work easier.Loki

After using multiple mediocre hood and safety companies for restaurants I have run, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Safety First. This company has fair pricing, attentive service professionals and by far the best client services that I have experienced. The techs took the time to explain what they were doing, what I should be looking for in terms of preventative maintenance, and on top of that they were insanely personable and hilarious! I'm trying to make them regulars at the brewpub as they were so much fun! I highly recommend this business to all of my colleagues, and would not use anyone else.
