Had a leak in our home and lucked in when I called Pioneer - they had a cancellation and could send a technician right away. J. investigated the leak and repaired toilet, explained the work done and what to look for to follow up. Prompt, pleasant, and so far, seems like repair has solved the problem. Would use them again.
