I’ve been to Sunaar many times over the last year because my experience each time has been so good! Ritu is such a lovely person, who makes sure her customers get exactly what they are looking for! All of their designs are very nice and unique, but most of all it’s the positive experience that I get from their entire staff that makes me want to keep going back! Will definitely be going back to get more jewellery for my upcoming wedding!

Despite all the reviews here praising this store, unfortunately every time we try to give this store chances, they disappoint us with their customer service and lack of professionalism. We understand there can be lots of customers, but when you’re helping us after our long wait, you should focus on why we are at your store and not keep going back and forth with other customers who just came. You either lie to us or do a horrible job of polishing jewelry. Came to polish a ring and there was no difference to the ring. Basically, just make sure you give your attention to your customers when you’re with them, and don’t go back and forth every 5 seconds with us and other customers.
