Been coming here since i got my puppy back in January. Got very good advice from Angie from day 1. She is very knowledgable and helpful and provided great advice regarding products and also training/exercise that has helped my dog immensely. The store is always well stocked and you will get everything you need.He loves going to the store to see Angie and the owner as he always gets lots of love, pets and treats everytime. Please keep the good work going.

This global pet represents the company so well. Staff is always so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.They don’t have an incredible inventory however it is always a pleasant experience going there.

I love this store and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I live closer to another store but I drive across town to get to this one. Jen has rushed to phone in my order and add it to the store order so that I could pick it up the next day and my sick dog would have the diet he required. EVERYONE here is able to advise knowledgeably on the quality and consistency of the various foods, dog and cat (I have two dogs and two cats, all seniors, with varied dietary needs). Great store and I highly recommend it.

I have been to this location several times and have been just fine with the service but the experience I had just the other day was truly phenomenal. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a nice young lady, who I would later learn is Korinna, I told her what I needed and was pleasantly surprised with just how knowledgable she was when it came to dog food. Korinna joyfully recommended me what brands would be best for my dog while suggesting some supplements that would greatly improve my dogs well being and reduce the risk of future health complications. You could tell that she genuinely cares about what people are feeding their dogs and I think that that is just amazing. Overall, my most recent experience at this location was fantastic and the customer service was top notch. The knowledge of your employee, Korinna, impressed me greatly and I will be making sure to support this location in the future because of it.

The website said they had the cat food I needed in stock. I went there and it was not.

Clean, tightly packed store with a lot of good options for cat & dog food/toys. They also had a pretty good selection of food and toys for birds, although quite a bit smaller section than the other products. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I love the staff at this location! They are so kind and very helpful! The store has a lot of variety and great display. Perfect little store to pick up something quickly. Even during covid19 pandemic, they still went above and beyond to serve us! They have great selection of raw food and great natural treats. Along with your usual items.

Stacey and I started buying supplies for Stella our 4 year old French Bulldog in June 2018. The staff has made meaningful recommendations regarding toys, treats, and nutrition.The staff at Global Pet Foods handled our return of the GO Pollock limited ingredient 25lbs bag of food that Stella did not take to. Because we had over 80% of her food left, was within 30 days of our original purchase, and had our receipt (thanks to a reprint from staff who looked up our account) we were able to exchange for a new GO Lamb limited ingredient 25lbs bag.Thank you Global Pet Foods staff for helping and generally being awesome animal lovers. You two ladies rock!
