Reserve the trencher on Wednesday for the May 24 long weekend. Picked it up on Friday at 3:00 second pull the pull cord broke spent an hour fixing that. Work till about 8:30 then the trencher just quit on me. Called it a day tried to start it Saturday morning wouldn't start called them and got the runaround for an hour and a half as I had a crew here waiting for the trench to be dug. They kept stringing me along telling me they'd call me back they call me back but they know they close at 2:00 now they're not answering they had no solution for me. Not a swap out or another trencher available for me reason was I'm working with limited resources was the excuse that he used.I do understand a long weekend and having limited resources however I don't understand how you can rent somebody something it stops working and have absolutely no solution for them.They literally stopped answering the phone or would pick it up an instant hold if I can read this place zero Stars I would

Great customer service and experienced staff. Their up beat personality and friendly demeanor promotes an inviting environment that create repeat business. Always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty! An experience you don't get from competitors.

They made up a crazy story and tried to say the tool was damaged. They also tried to say the bit was not returned. At first it sounded too crazy for there not to be a mix up. Then it turns out the manager of the location is in on the scam. This place is trying to scam people for extra money. After 20 years of renting from here, no one I know will ever use them again. If you rent from here record all interactions as we did. Both video and audio record when speaking to these guys. Because manager is part of the scam, even with proof he still makes excuses.

I had rented from them in the past and had a good experience- but in trying to call them today, they are not picking up the phone. They let it ring a bunch of times and then lift the receiver and just hang up- three times. I get that sometimes you are busy.... but there is no excuse for treating customers like this. Guess what? Now you won’t receive my personal or business rentals.

Horrible customer service and staff. I went today to returned an item I bought last week. The young kid with glasses tells me rudely to go over to the next person. No hello, no how I help you, no nothing. Miserable person like that shouldn’t work customer service. Very disappointing

This location is super awesome, they had equipment which I couldn't rent anywhere else. The customer service was superb, I dealt with Sanel and that man is an expert. Keep up the amazing work.

I used to like this company. Seems like it's running down. The store is filthy, the shoes for the power trowel were unclean from previous customer , brought it to their attention at the time of pick up and the said that's all they got. Service on a Saturday is a waist of your time.

Tried to rent a lawn roller, only had a Master Card debit card on me at the time, regardless of offering to pre pay $500 (more than the purchase value of the item) for a $20 rental I was turned away. 'There is nothing I can do, even if it were cash I couldn't give it to you'. Didn't seem reasonable in any way or interested in finding a solution, the robot behind the counter was at a loss, and I was forced to go to Home Depot, they were MORE THAN HAPPY to take my money and will continue to do so until the end of time. Rented power tamper (4hrs) for crushed stone and when I went to pay the bill they charged me a $2.50 eco tax" which when I questioned it the guy said it was a Government Mandated Tax in which after looking into it I found out that it is not a mandated tax. It was not mentioned when I initially rented the equipment. I totally get that the cost of changing oil and hydraulic fluids is costly but this cost is an extra 5% and if you rent this out twice a day and collect $5.00 a day "Eco Tax" in which you change the oil maybe once every 3 months then I would say they are over charging for something they say they do........but don't."
