St Clair East Animal Hospital ( Veterinary Clinic in Toronto/East York)

Our dog Pluto has been visiting St. Clair East Animal Hospital since he was a puppy. He just completed his neuter a few days ago and he’s doing great. We were quite nervous to have the procedure done, but Dr. Shervin and his team kept us updated throughout the whole process, even following up to see how Pluto was feeling. There is no one I trust more with my dog than the wonderful people at St.Clair East Animal Hospital. Thank you so much for always taking such good care of him!

This place has really frustrated me the past few times I've dealt with them. I don't leave reviews often but when it comes to my cats health I take it seriously.I have a cat that has complications with strangers and needs me to be with her for testing/treatments due tp dear/anxiety. During COVID it was not communicated that we wouldn't be allowed inside with our pet until we showed up for the appointment. This led to a note being put on the file that my cat must be sedated for all future appointments (I wasn't made aware of this). My cat is 16 now and is showing some concerning signs so I gave them a call that I made clear was urgent. The person who answered the phone was reasonably friendly and noted she would connect with the vet and get back to me. It took them 4.5 hours to get back to me. When they did, the person on the phone was quite rude, unhelpful, and made multiple inappropriate comments/replies to me questions. I left the call concerned and with very little clarity on my health concern questions. I called another place and got answers immediately.I left the call feeling dismissed and basically left out to dry with serious concerns that my cat may be severely ill and they weren't willing to help.I will not be returning here.

Our Goldendoodle Cosmo loves going to see the team at St Clair East Animal Hospital. Dr. Shervin and all of the vet techs are so great with him. We always walk away feeling more than happy with the quality of advice provided, and the team is seriously so nice, Cosmo LOVES vet days!

Dr. Shervin is beyond amazing. He’s the only vet who can handle my cat. My cat freaks out when she goes to the vet and Dr. Shervin and his staff handle her extremely well. He also gives me a lot of his time. He never hesitates to respond to me via phone or email. He genuinely cares about his clients and the pets that come to his clinic. Thank you Dr. Shervin for being so amazing. We were lucky to find you.

I’ve only had great experiences here! The staff is all so friendly and caring. The vet takes the time to explain what he is doing, what he is looking for and why so you can really understand what is happening with your pet and what your options are.I had one emergency situation around a holiday where they were not available to see my dog. They recommended other vet offices to call and even followed up on multiple phone calls to ensure I had an appointment and once I had an appointment to see how my pup was doing. This was above and beyond in my opinion.

Our dog Juno has been going to Shervin since she was 2 months old, she's 4 now. In that time Shervin and team have consistently demonstrated professional, knowedgable care with lots of compassion. They genuinely care about our dogs best interest. We feel very fortunate to be able to have that trust.

This place wrote me up saying that we should be exterminated" (me and my cat) when I expressed my frustration about the vet not being available in an emergency situation. They exaggerated on what was exchanged and after reading what they wrote in their note

It has been 8 years that I am taking my cat to Dr Iranejad. He is a great vet with lots of experience and knowledge. He also has a great personality . He answers all of your questions and explains all of options . Since I loveeeeee my cat he is the only vet I trust !!! Totally recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
