Many thanks to Mark IV and staff for going above and beyond in repairing/replacing the PCM in my PT Cruiser. After removing and sending the PCM away for repair, it was discovered that it was not repairable. I new was found and installed and my car was returned to my driveway… all while I was in Mexico. Thanks for your great work!!

This shop saved me in a pinch! My truck broke down right before I had to go back to work. Had it back the same day with amazing service. Highly recommend Mark.

The transfer case in my wife’s 2016 cx9 blew up so she lost her awd right at the start of winter. I called a bunch of shops in Vernon, about 10, all were booking 3+ weeks out for a diagnosis, I called Mark and he got it on the hoist 3 days later, diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company we had (which several other shops refused to deal with) and 48 hours later the car had a new transfer case in and was back on the road. What a great guy, I’ve never been so impressed with an auto repair shop. That kind of great customer service and turn around time is how you get loyal customers, and he’s got a couple new ones now! After having a terrible experience with another garage I brought my truck into Mark.. He was great to deal with and got everything fixed up for a reasonable price. Good honest mechanic and he even lent me a courtesy truck. Thanks a lot Mark!!

Mark is amazing! My camper van broke down outside Vernon and Mark was more than happy to help. I called four shops and Mark was the only one who was even interested in taking a look at it. He fixed it quickly and was very accommodating with my work schedule regarding when I could come to pick up the van. Best customer service experience I've even had! 10/10 would break down near Vernon again.

A true saint among mechanics! I had disaster strike when, as a result of a botched oil change from a previous mechanic, my car suddenly ran out of oil and seized up in the middle of nowhere. In the middle of a musical tour, I had to resolve this quickly. It turned out I would actually need a new engine (major surgery). I decided to take a leap of faith and go with a lesser known independent" rather than a well known chain. My reasoning being that an independent mechanic would give my car his undivided attention (as opposed to a bigger name that probably gets 100 cars a week)Best decision ever! Where do I begin? Mark picked me up at my hotel on his day off! and brought me to his garage to assess the situation. I immediately got a vibe of confidence and honesty from him. with 40 years experience I decided to go with him. I needed the car to be ready soon

Awesome service and great work, the only place I'll take my Land Rover to as the dealer couldn't fix issue, Mark had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. My Dad even brings his Range Rover up from Vancouver just so Mark can check it, when he is visiting me. AAA+++

It's not often that you run into a mechanic like Mark. My car wouldn't start and I had a busy day ahead... Luckily, I was able to bring it here on short notice!
