The staff are all super friendly! However, my order is often wrong with simple things (I order hot drinks and I receive cold, I order a loaf and I receive a muffin). Staff are always willing to fix the mistake, but sometimes if I’m running to work I don’t have time to wait.

I swear to the heavens that the burlington mall location in indigo is the best Starbucks. Our orders are bang-on every time and there's a lady who works here who deserves accolades and rewards for her amazing customer service and product delivery.

i dined in to enjoy my coffee and noticed how they greeted every person the same, asked each person how they were doing, and greeted everyone with a smile.It was nice to see such warm and friendly service.

I am obsessed with matcha and most Starbucks never make it right. The girl who made my matcha make it SO good 11/10! Everyone is very friendly, good atmosphere :)

The store is located at the side of Indigo Burlington Centre. I have been to this store a few times and it's like the usual Starbucks store. The store is clean and the staff are very energetic and friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside the store where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Some of the tables are unavailable to make sure everyone is following physical distancing rules.Pre-Covid, you could buy a book from Indigo and sit down at Starbucks and enjoy both your coffee and the book , but now, they're separated and you cannot access the Starbucks from inside the store.

Incredibly kind staff - every time I visit it's top notch service. Today there was a minor mixup regarding a drink and they resolved it with no issues whatsoever! Our favourite Starbucks location in the Burlington Area!
