Nice, small place, serving Caribbean food. I have only tried Goat Curry here. Judging by how good it is, I am sure other items on menu are equally delicious. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food quality is great. Definitely visit if you love Caribbean food. This will be my regular place to visit when goat curry craving kicks in.

6/13/2023. Phollourie is too dense. The buss up is oily. The curries are good. Your conversation did not feel welcoming, must have caught you at a bad time.

Ordered takeout to try something new in the neighborhood. We had prawn curry and chicken curry with buss up shut, and everything was super delicious!! Ordered medium spice and the prawns were pretty spicy, like not white people medium. But not so hot as to obscure the beautiful flavours. I scarfed it. We’ll be back.

Best kept secret, hole in the wall, mainly takeout place. Some seats for dine-in. Family-run.The best and only Trini joint in Vancouver city proper. Goat (bone in), veg, beef,chicken, and shrimp curry roti or on rice with peas. All excellent. I'll be trying stewed chicken and oxtail next. Then try everything on the street food menu like doubles. Yum!

Fresh food and mind-blowing flavours! Just one visit has made this place climb on top of my favourite food spots in the city.Be sure to try the Chicken Bus-Up shut. If you are a vegetarian, the Smoky Eggplant curry will definitely make you a fan!

Lovely chill vibes and high quality healthy food like the spinach I got and highly recommend the buss up shut. I hope to return to try another hot dish here again. Beautiful seating too. Not sure why they opened at 11:30am today instead of 11am as was listed on the hours though.

Met some friends here for a Sunday lunch. We were there for opening on a Sunday at noon and they had to open late due to some difficulties. They handled the situation well and let us know right away and we went for a walk and chilled until they were ready. Came back and had the chicken roti, doubles, chicken curry on rice, and some drinks. Our entire group really enjoyed the food (5/5). The drinks were also a big hit. We would recommend medium spice for flavour and hotness. If you like this style of food, you should definitely come and check this place out. If you’ve never had this type of food, then you should try it. We will be back again some day. Loved the food and service!
