prices and everything are great and all but the people working there are so rude ( minus about 1 or 2 of the girls). Never greated when i walked in , not asked if i needed help until 23-30 minutes after I've already been there, usually I'm completely ignored.. normally the only person in the store at the time while theres 3 people working. really not impressed and always hate going in there, never a pleasant experience. ( this is based on multiple visits.. not just one)

the lady working was very rude - I could hear her and another person (customer) talking negatively about me while I was getting my stuff. It was very passive aggressive and rude, gave me some anxiety. It was very surreal, hard to believe it was actually happening but you could tell they were talking loud enough so that I could hear. I will never go back here.

Great products, very knowledgeable staffI love the curbside pickup service; you can just call and come pick it up within a few mins, unlike other stores where you have to order online and can't pick it up for days

I went the 2 days in a row the first time I went in was my first time asked for some help told me where the item was and walked away. When she was told to do something she then came over to help again. Second time going in no one helped followed me around the store I bought purple hair dye and my hair turned out green I'm not quite sure what happened their but really wish o could get all my money back

I never enjoy having to stop in the store, I've been going for a couple years love the prices and they have a pretty good variety of things which is great! As for the customer service it's usually little to no help at all even if you're the only customer. There's maybe 2 friendly staff members and everyone else makes me feel like a huge inconvenience for stopping in. Usually when I walk in my greeting is just so you know we close in". Love the prices
