The receptionist is rude and unprofessional (Afro-American lady). I asked her questions over the phone, and she gave me a vague answer. When I asked a few more questions to make it more clear for my understanding she became so mad. So I decided to come over to the office and met there exactly the same attitude and unprofessionalism. I was very upset with the services. It is way to far from what customer service means in Canada, and this was the first time I had such experience in Canada.p.s. A front desk person represents a company and should be nice, polite and knowledgeable.

This place is a must visit for newcomers in canada. The english tests conducted here are well organized and give a true picture of your skills. The test results are given the same day and can be used in many colleges to get an admission to the LINC and ESL classes to upgrade english skills. I had a CLB 10 equivalent already through IELTS so it was quite easy for me to score the max (maximum of CLB 8).Quick Tip: Since my IELTS result are expired, I can use the CLBA results at many places to show English Proficiency.

I came in twice and both times they gave me wrong information. The lady at the reception was rude the African lady she did not let me talk and kept interrupting me. I told her i was mis told the first time and she kept telling me their is nothing she can do because it wasn't her? Im sorry but does every employee have their own rule????

Who gave them such a power? The rules, obviously, don't apply for all, exception can be made but don't know, maybe I was too white for the manager. They should be there to help newcomers to establish, to help them succeed, to start learning in order to find a job and to be part of the society. They are the first step but instead of helping, they try to keep you down. The regular staff is friendly, though all they can say is sorry but this is all I can do" (which is to take your information
