We loved working with Kia and Renocon. As busy, working professionals, they really stepped in and managed the project start to finish, which is exactly what we needed. We established trust right away with Kia, as he demonstrated a commitment to maximizing our budget and balancing quality with our aesthetic goals. Communication was clear, efficient and timely. Project timeline from start to finish was really fast while maintaining great attention to detail. While some items weren't installed exactly right, which is normal for a renovation, they always fixed it, made it right or found a solution. Overall we loved working with Kia and Renocon and are already planning our next project together.

We reached out to Renocon for a whole apartment renovation and we are extremely happy with our experience and the results. Renocon renovated our kitchen which also included building a beverage station and refurbishing our hardwood floors. We were impressed with Kia Moghaddam's (Project Manager) professionalism and attention to detail. All the contractors who worked on our project were knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. They ensured our floors were protected as well as the hallway leading from our door to the condo building elevators. We are really happy with the quality of work and our kitchen looks great. We would not hesitate to recommend Renocon.

We contracted with Renocon Design Centre to complete a comprehensive renovation or our condominium unit located in a four unit Heritage Craftsmen Style building in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver. We originally discovered Renocon in 2016 when we attended the Vancouver Home Show and were impressed both with their well designed booth and their people who were very helpful explaining how Renocon managed the renovation process. Subsequently we met with Milan and Zami to discuss our renovation wish list and they were very helpful in providing design ideas, explaining the process, timing, cost etc. Prior to signing a contract we had several meetings both in their office and at our home to discuss the renovation. Having watched so many disastrous renovations on HGTV we were very leery of entering into a renovation contract however Milan took the time to allay our fears by providing references as well as a tour of a renovation that they were working on and we completed our own research by checking reviews on various web sites. We were impressed with the feedback we received and decided to proceed with Renocon.Our renovation involved the total remodel of our main floor including a larger re-designed kitchen, new flooring, new lighting and re-facing the fireplace. We also totally renovated our master bathroom and guest bathroom. During the entire process Milan and Zami and their construction crew were very responsive to our needs and addressed problems quickly and to our satisfaction. No renovation goes exactly as planned and the true test is how your contractor deals with issues when they arise. Throughout our renovation Renocon made sure all issues were dealt with promptly, clearly communicating our options and standing behind their work to ensure that we were happy with the end result.The bottom line is that we are extremely pleased with our renovation, and highly recommend Renocon, Milan, Zami and their entire team.

Kia and his team at Renocon were excellent to work with! Always professional and timely with their communications, and his team installed our new floors very quickly. I was shocked at how seamless the process was from start to finish.Kia went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly, right from the beginning. He was able to track down the original manufacturer of our existing hardwood floors, and although they had stopped making that particular model he was able to find a great alternative.I would definitely recommend Kia and Renocon, and would absolutely reach out to them again if we do any more upgrades.

To say that our expectations in working with the Reconon team were exceeded, would be a great understatement! We are thrilled with how the entire reno project turned out. We have a 2-bedroom condo in the West End, downtown Vancouver and wanted to open up the kitchen, re-do the 2 bathrooms and generally give the condo a more modern look and feel. We found Renocon on HOUZZ and decided to interview them along with 2 other local design companies. We were instantly impressed with what we heard at our first meeting, that we didn't even bother to meet with the other 2 companies. The ideas and concepts that the team came up with really blew our minds! Since the first meeting with the Renocon team all the way to the completion of our renovation project - we were so very happy with all aspects. The team at Renocon are very professional, highly knowledgeable, skilled and just a joy to work with! We are so in love with our newly renovated condo, and everyone who now comes to visit can't believe the transformation! It's everything (and more) that we hoped for. Milan and Zami were excellent in redesigning our small kitchen to make it more functional. They listened to our ideas and helped us through the many choices one has to make re flooring, lighting, appliances and colors.We am very satisfied with our choices.Unfortunately our project was longer than expected due to acetone being splashed on a couple of cupboard doors. These were subsequently changed, no questions asked and the outcome amazing.I would highly recommend Renocon - the quality of trades people good.

We did our due diligence before choosing Renocon Design Centre and chose them based on their professionalism, responsiveness, follow up/through and their genuine customer service. They helped us with our condo renovation from replacing the hardwood floors, replacing the entire kitchen, and ensuite cabinetry. They provided design ideas and samples to help us choose the best options. Their contractors were professional and tried to do their best in correcting small deficiencies that occurred along the way. Renocon has completed 2 renovations for me over the last few years. The most recent renovation was a complete gut and re-do of a penthouse. They coordinated everything, from permits and design to all the small finishings at the end. They were on time and budget and communicated really well throughout the entire process. I've recommended them to clients and will absolutely use them again.
