Battery House

We were always happy with the service here until today, October 08 2022 and the staff on treated my wife and daughter very badly. I did call back and expressed my co corn with the service!

What a place to shop. Wow...what a selection of batteries to choose from. They carry every type of battery that you could think of. My wife and I took the 2 hour drive to moncton to get a new battery for the suv and I was surprised at how low some of the batteries are. They tried to sell me a new battery that had not much more power than the one I chose. It was $130+TX. Also came with a half decent warranty for it. Well I kept shopping around and found new reconditioned batteries for half the price. I left paying only $60 and got a battery with 800ca and 675cca. Wow what a good deal...the battery we picked up has almost as much power as an eliminator that cost like $150 each and has only 1000ca and 800cca. I will be going back anytime I need a battery for something. Thanks for being there as a business and hope your around for years to come. So if you need a good reliable cheap priced battery then look no further than these guys...you can't go wrong.

This was my first time here. I must say I was blown away. First with the friendly knowledge staff then with the great deal I received. I’ll definitely be back and I’m recommending them to all my friends.

Customer service is average. Maybe below average. I recently contacted them about an issue I had with a charger they sold me. They were not able to help me or offer any solutions. They missed a chance to go the extra mile and offer really excellent customer service. Instead they've lost a customer and gotten a 2 star rating on this review. So short sighted. Save a couple of dollars today and lose a long term customer. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

Amazing service! Needed the seadoo battery switched over. They had one pre-charged and helped put it in because we didn't have the tools with us today to switch it over. THANK YOU GUYS!!! Now we get to enjoy Saturday on the water. Very much appreciated!

Ordered 2 power tool batteries on Feb1 received a confirmation email. emailed Feb17 after no correspondence told they expected them Feb18 now will be Feb20. On Feb 23 new email said on backorder money refunded not good business

I want to say if you want customer service this by far the fastest, I was in Riverview this morning my 2016 truck battery died I called home my hubby called them once I got a boost I drove right over they gave us a deal and lowered the installation fee it was done within 20 minutes Thank you for such great service, I would definitely recommend this company.

Recieved the wrong battery by mistake. Went back, a little concerned because I didn't have a receipt. No problem at all. They were happy to give me the correct battery. Very impressed with the service. Thanks for your help.
