The Re-Treat Doggy Daycare, Burnaby

This place is wonderful... my dog has only been there twice so far but is already so warmed up to Erin and Dean. He comes home with a big doggy-smile and then is all tuckered out for the evening. This daycare is very clean and spacious compared to a lot of what I’ve looked at in Vancouver, and it seems the dogs who come here are of a high caliber, too! No doggy stress.I also really felt like they were able to get to know Felix, my dog, and give him individual attention, even amongst so many other dogs - it was very comforting to get to hear so much about his day and how he did.Erin and Dean are people who, not only will your dog look forward to seeing, but you will, too!

The owners, Erin and Dean, are friendly, caring and genuinely lovely; they take great care of my dog -- and my dog is always happy and excited when we arrive every time. We are local in the area so there's also lots of familiar faces from the nearby dog parks which is nice.

Erin and Dean are wonderful and the facility is great. We've dropped of our Lily a few times already and even the first day we left her there when I came to pick her up (my wife dropped her off) I saw Lily jump up to Erin for pets and she doesn't jump up to anybody but us. So right away I knew she was good. There's ample space for doggies to run around and play inside space when it rains.

I am beyond happy we found this place for our puppy Maze. She absolutely loves coming here, everytime we get out of the car she runs to the door ready and excited to play with her friends. Plus she gets to get all her puppy energy out and is tuckered out when she gets home. You can really tell that the owners Erin and Dean just love all the dogs and really care about them. When our pup sees them she runs to them, tail wagging. The facility is huge too so lots of room for them to play. I highly recommend this place!

We recently discovered Re-Treat Doggy Daycare and couldn't be happier! It is five minutes away from our home and the owners are absolutely wonderful. They take such good care of our dog Mercedes and she is always excited to be dropped off. We love to hear how her experience was during the day and we love how Erin & Dean tell us all the little details! Thank you!

Wonderful place! The owners, Erin and Dean are fantastic, they both clearly love dogs and doing what they do!Our dog also loves the Re-Treat, we always receive a very tired, very happy dog at the end of the day. We've recommended this place to many people, and will continue to do so!

Erin and Dean are so great with our puppy and we are so grateful to have found such loving people to take care of him when we're not able to. Our puppy Maverick always comes home tired from playing but so happy, which makes us happy knowing he's having fun. Being first time dog owners there are so many questions and concerns we have with a new puppy. Erin and Dean are always there to show their support and always go above and beyond to answer any questions we have. It just shows how they're not only amazing at their job, but also simply amazing human beings. We can't thank you enough for everything you do for us, puppy wise and personally, there needs to be more dog handlers out there like you two!

Our golden, Skye, loves going to The Re-Treat Doggy Daycare! When we drop her off she is all excited and when we bring her home she is all tuckered out!! Erin and Dean take such good care of Skye and the other dogs. A nice mix of dogs at the daycare – Skye socializes well with all of them. They have great indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to run and play. The daycare is secured, always clean and well maintained. The hours are flexible – Skye is dropped off at 6:30 am which works well for our schedule. We are so happy we chose The Re-Treat Doggy Daycare….Skye is too.

Erin and Dean are so wonderful, personable and welcoming. Great indoor and outdoor area for dogs to run and play. My puppy is so happy after I pick him up from daycare. The best part about this daycare is they have a adorable pig named Petunia who keeps an eye on the dogs. Make sure you go and say Hi to Petunia! :)
