A-WIN Insurance

I’ll try to make this short. We went with Awin about 3 years ago as our broker, this June we received a letter that stated we had received other correspondence (we hadn’t) that stated our insurance (home and auto) would be canceled on the 29th. No reason was given, and 3 phone calls and messages went un-answered. Out of frustration the following week we contacted the actual insurance provider and were told that the reason for the cancellation was that Awin had been following some inappropriate business practices and the insurance company had stopped doing business with them. Upon shopping around for a new broker each person I talked to knew the whole story as we were clearly not the only ones going through this. Someone from Awin finally called me back about 2 weeks after the 1st message, I informed her how unimpressed I was, but tried not to take it out on her because she’s clearly not the problem. Then she called me back again about an hour later as if we hadn’t already talked. She was just going through all the unreturned voicemails from the previous weeks. I could never recommend this company after my experience.
