Great place to go grocery shopping and have a quick bite! The place looks very clean and organized. Also customer service are friendly and helpful! Plenty of parking space.

I love shopping at Cost Co in Edmonton!! The membership fee pays for itself in one grocery visit!! If u time it right you get free food samples!!I love having an ice cream cone on the way out!!

The optical department never disappoints, knowledgeable accommodating staff. Pharmacy is a great place to get prescriptions filled and always has them ready at promised time. Good deals in the electronics department. Store can be very busy at times. Parking lot has large parking stalls.

Much less busy than the Edmonton stores. Lots of selection, great deals, great prices. Conveniently located in a plaza with food and coffee shops, so you can go and get yourself some treats for enduring the horror that is grocery shopping

Hopefully one day STILL ONE Sipping Vodka by MD Distillery will be available at location ALberta Costco Liquor Stores!More local product need it!Support local quality product!

I got the most Terri experience of my life today at Costco st. Albert.I was shopping with my 3 kids and my mom,when I got to the counter I was told my subscription is due for renewal; I also realized that my address had never been changed since I moved a year ago so I pleaded with the manager that I got kids and will need to return to the car to get my phone and make a transfer to pay . I asked if I could pay at the moment and renew the next time I come in but they refused. I then took my 3 years old son outside to my car, Did my transfer and paid for my groceries from two different counters. I told the lady that it is already hard enough to move back and forth with kids. When I was given my receipt it only shows a potion of what o paid and not the full amount and when I asked why, the Philippine lady (supervisors) said I can't have the full receipt showing my full payment plus my subscription paid as well. That was wrong.Secondly day when I was about to leave, I asked for my Costco card and I was informed my the same supervisors that the manager name Blake has gone home with my card; I was shocked and dragging a cart plus my 3 years old son was not funny. This is very irresponsible and uprofessional.I was asked again to go the customer servictemporaland wait on a line to get a temporary card. While waiting, I was given a price of paper and when I asked why, the supervisor and the customer service lady spoke in the language (Tagalog) which I happen to understand saying I am a nuisance who they can't wait for me to leave so I asked for the managers name and left with my son who was seriously crying and restless in the store.This should not happen , I spent more than 40 munities been dragged with my child left and right and just for a so call supervisor amd a customer service(pregnant lady) to speak thier language on my face calling me names .I truly regret my time there as it truly ruin my entire day.

I was going in to do some shopping for my mother, we live together, and I was using her Costco card. The lady at the front checking the cards pulled me aside and asked if I was using my mom's card and I said yes, to which she said I could not do. I was confused, and she offered to call her manager for me to see if he would make an exception, although usually he will just take away the cards and spread them" she added off-handly. During the time I stood there waiting

The pharmacy staff at St Albert Costco is the most uncaring, pedantic and inept staff I’ve had the displeasure to encounter. From excessive wait times, unwillingness to process prescriptions in a timely manner, to misplacing prescriptions for weeks… this is the most scary staff I have encountered. Today Friday at 2 pm When I requested a prescription she was given my Costco card. The card had my name. Yet the blond and clueless woman demanded I repeat (and spell) each my name, dob, and again what was your name? FIVE times. Same goes with routine date of birth, address, etc. I even wrote the information she requested six times. Having written it down I was perplexed when 35 minutes later I was shown that another number was still entered. I am full of trepidation in trusting a pharmacy with people who cannot understand or follow written directions…When can one say ‘enough times already!’ I have. The ineptitude of its staff is only surpassed by its arrogance. The middle age East Indian gentleman lectured me on ‘wasting his time when he was too busy’. Why was I wasting HIS time? I was requesting they dispense my medication properly. Somehow this farcical deluded man believed only HIS time was important - how about the customer’s time? How about providing good service rather than blaming the customer for your inability to do YOUR job?At the end instead of good service he served me an ultimatum: ‘You will have to pay what we say’. I said No I won’t. You are not the only pharmacy in town. After waiting over 45 minutes I walked out feeling this pharmacy is unable to keep up with demand. I proceeded to call another pharmacy and had all my prescriptions transferred. And what about the prescription I was doomed to take as they served it? Nope. I got my prescription set as I had asked. The other pharmacy had no trouble at all.

Me and my 3 kids will ENJOY our membership! SO FAR SO GOOD PLUS WE GOT K DAYS PASSES FOR ALL 10 Days Which is ADMISSION INTO K DAYS WHICH INCLUDES CONCERTS TOO FOR 2 PEOPLE ONLY 29.99.
