Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The folks at this enterprise rental car location are amazing. They made renting and returning the car really easy. We didn’t realize when we left our cruise ship that we walked 1 mile, 15–20 minutes to enterprise. Alex at enterprise offered to drive us back to the port so we wouldn’t have a long walk or take an Uber or a cab.I left my binoculars in the car. I didn’t realize until I arrived in Quebec two days later. I called enterprise and spoke with Chris, who located the binoculars, and jumped through many hoops to have them sent home to me by Federal Express.The folks there, especially Alex and Chris, go above and beyond! Enterprise should be proud to have such a valued staff members!I highly recommend enterprise anytime you are in Prince Edward Island!

The best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Alex went above and beyond.1. Before we arrived, my wife forgot where we booked and called around. Alex pleasantly reminded her about her enterprise booking.2. I’ve always dreamed of driving a truck. It was an awesome surprise to get one.3. In the picture, Alex helped us get unstuck from this sandy parking lot. We couldn’t move, thoughts of a bad vacation went through our heads, but Alex calmly walked us through how to turn on the 4WD (without making us feel dumb) and we got out of the sand!4. Our Airbnb refused to hold our luggage for the day, we called Alex and asked if on the car’s return we could store with him. Thankfully he did.5. When I dropped off the car, the enterprise team chatted me up and the process was simple and streamlined. We had a long stay in town before our flight, Alex said he had an extra car if we needed one. Very kind.6. When we returned to pick up our luggage, Alex went out of his way and offered to drive us to the airport.I’ll definitely be renting from Enterprise again and hope I find the “Alex” each and every time.Thank you!

This is the place to rent a car during your stay within Charlottetown. Easy going, friendly staff . They even offered me ride back to the hotel when I returned my ride which was like a 10 minute walk from there. Definitely will rent from them again when I revisit!

We had an amazing experience with Enterprise from the moment we arrived. Our vehicle was ready for us within 10 minutes of arrival and was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Alex went above and beyond to drop off my husbands jacket at the airport when he accidentally left it in the rental vehicle. Really great experience renting my vehicle. Alex went over the board and assisted in helping me install the car seat and answered all questions politely. Will definitely rent a vehicle from this location if I have to. Thank you for helping me roam around PEI comfortably.

We booked well in advance but had to make changes to our reservation. They were very accommodating, and helped arrange our new rental. The car was great and the staff were helpful and courteous. When we returned the car, they even gave me a ride back to my hotel.

I took my car in for repairs at an autonomy shop. Chris arrived promptly from Enterprise to pick me up. They gave me a vehicle which was similar to mine to drive. 3 days later I returned the car and Chris drove me back right away to the body shop to retrieve my vehicle. Great customer service ! Chris was very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to deal with.
