Dr Bob gives you plenty of options for treatment and let's the owner be in the driver seat.The check up room is quite small and would fit no more than three people.Conveniently located in a strip mall in St. Albert.

The veterinarian, techs and staff are very kind, supportive, and responsive. They are caring and take the time to explain viable treatment options without it feeling profit-motivated. Their gentle approach was extremely appreciated and I will be taking all of my pets there from now on. They took my cat in for a last minute appointment when she had not been there previously and I was quite worried about her.

I'm very happy with Dr Bob. My echo doesn't fear going there. Dr. Bob always tells it like it is. Absolutely no hog wash.I highly recommend this clinic.

They took us in last minute, on a Friday, when our dog cracked a nail running in the crusty snow. Quick fix and we were on our way. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

We were looking for a vet for our new puppy, and after searching and contacting several, we decided to go with Red Willow for their reasonable prices and the fact we would always see the same vet. So far, we're very happy with our choice. Dr. Bob and all the staff have been friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered any questions we had, including explaining things in a straightforward manner, and they're all very good with our puppy, even when he's misbehaving a bit. Dr. Bob has a calm and kind demeanor and he's great with our puppy. Enzo actually likes being there, he doesn't fear the vet at all, and I definitely think it's partially because if how friendly and welcoming the staff are. I'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking, the prices are fair, the start are great, and they really seem to care about your animal. Highly recommend!

We always receive compassionate care from Dr. Bob and staff at Red Willow. We have been taking our pets here for years, they are honest, helpful, kind, and very gentle with our animals. One of our cats absolutely loves coming here!

Dr. Bob is a wonderful vet. He's understanding, willing to answer all my questions, and explains everything very clearly.I've taken my cats here for years and we've never had a bad experience.The vet techs and office staff are also lovely. They know all of us by name and are welcoming and understanding.

Can't comment on care because their hours online were wrong - so they were closed" when we got there at 7:30. Then we were told the vet doesn't start until 9:00. I imagine this is an adequate care facility if your dog is scheduled but the term hospital is misleading - they are not readily available for emergency care."

Dr. Bob and his staff have been amazing for all our pets over the years! This morning my dogs received vaccines. My puppy had a severe allergic reaction to one of the vaccines. I called the clinic as soon as I realized she was in trouble. The clinic had closed, I left a frantic tear filled message. Dr. Bob got my message and immediately called me until he was able to reach me. This was all done outside of his regular day. He truly loves animals and always has their best interest in mind!

Just had our first visit here with my 4 1/2 month old puppy.Dr. Bob was so gentle, kind and very honest.Gave in depth information and didn’t try to push any antibiotics on our puppy.We’ve been struggling with other vets and decided to come here for a new vet.I would highly recommend Dr. Bob and his team !
