Very helpful staff. Was a bit busy but they were still super friendly, and patient.

We had a little wait before we were seen, but we managed to get everything we wanted taken care of.Both reception and the person serving us were patient and thorough, and helpful as we had a lot of questions.The building is newish, and clean and in general we were happy with our experience.We recommend this location.

always understaffed, many uneducated staff members as well. why are there 2 people dealing with a line of 20 people when the other 5 are sitting there chatting with each other or doing nothing. staff also talks negatively about customers after they leave in a tone loud enough that we can all hear. this place is pathetic, even for it being a government building. there are 2-3 staff members who are amazing however, it’s crushing that they are stuck with the miserable ones

All we came to do was get a paper copy of my brother's driver license as he had misplaced his. It took 58 minutes, watching those who arrived later be served first. Slow, even by government standards and by DMV standards. Go to Saint John, slightly faster.During their busiest times and days, they have 2 staff on ready to assist with every reason someone comes to a service NB. Property tax, fines, car registration.

Called both of them in Saint John and Hampton 6 times, no one answers and all it says is please call between 9 a.m 5 p.m looking at my clock it isss.....10:40!!! Not impressed

i attended the Service New Brunswick office in order to transfer over my registration for my utility trailer. I had previously called and asked what was required and was told I only required the registration from the province I was transferring from. But due to the assinine regulations utilized in this province, this is not enough. Even though a registration card is proof that all taxes and fees have been paid, they require an original bill of sale in order to change the registration over.What a way to welcome people to your province, by treating them like they are crooks who haven't paid their fair share even though they have a legal document which proves they have.What a Joke this province is.

Extremely long wait time (well over 2.5 hrs) and staffing issues. Fairly typical for New Brunswick but this has really hit a new low.

Always very informative and courteous I go to Hampton just to avoid the condescending attitude and rudeness of Service N.B. Saint John.

Monique was amazing!! She was super friendly and very very helpful. We are new residents and needed to change everything over and get Medicare cards etc. While she was dealing with my husband she even let me run home and grab some ppwrk. The lady that first greeted us was super friendly and helpful as well. Amazing service! Well done Hampton ladies!!
