i have never been to this place personally, but from the things i’ve heard from certain friends and family, skincare studios has had very poor service and quality. i’m sorry for anyone who attends skincare studios and i hope this reaches the proper audience.

Poor bed side manner & condescending. Not good communicating with children.The doctor left without closure. We didn’t know whether to stay or leave. Very awkward. I’d wait for another dermatologist rather then go here.

We have been going there for many months for treatment for my daughter. Due to a scheduling conflict we had to cancel an appointment and then reschedule. Three weeks now have been trying to get them to respond. To reschedule you have to leave you name, phone number & MCP # which I did THREE times. The message says they will return call within 48 hours. Still waiting three weeks later. What do I have to do? This happened one time before and we had to make a special trip into the business and of course they did not know what happened as every call is returned according to the person who worked there.Very poor customer service. Next to Tim Horton's Coffee Shop, it's the worst I have ever experienced!!

The doctor barely talked to me then just recommended a steroid cream and all new skin/health/beauty items without looking into why I have a skin issue. I asked for an allergy test on a subsequent appointment and that was completely overlooked.
