I was running late to drop off my load and I called Surjit Singh, told him I need a oil change asap, he told me come right in don’t you worry. I went to New Best Truck Repair and they did my oil change in minutes and I was back on the road to work. They have a really nice staff as well as really good service crew. Went to many different mechanics but never met anyone good as Gurjot, he’s one of the supervisors there. He made sure I was treated well. I really enjoyed my experience at New Best today and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!!!

Great guys. Quality work once fixed you don't have to come back. They do everything one stop shop. Very good prices. They are trustworthy no games no b.s unlike the dealerships. You can drop off your truck and come back and be assured it will get done right. Been coming here for years.

Between 2018 and 2019 I gave these people more than $20 000 business.Then I needed an expensive electrical repair done. They could not do repair so they sent my truck elsewhere. Repair cost $2000 and was FAULTY. Bad repair destroyed both my ECM AND turbo. I had my truck towed to New Best, they said they would correct problem at their own expense. A week went by. Nothing. They did not call me and would not take my calls. With the help of my dispatcher I found my truck. It was about 5 km away at another garage. No one even looked at it. And my driver side windshield was SMASHED. To say that I was and am disappointed is a huge understatement. I gave these people a lot of business. I always paid right away right up front and I never argued about any prices. I had the crazy idea that because I was a repeat customer in good standing they would take care of me. Oh boy was I ever wrong. My total losses from their repairs? Over $8,000 not including the windshield. If you own a big truck maybe this place will be okay for an oil change or a tire but nothing else. This place gets a huge volume of business and whether you are satisfied or not satisfied and whether you are a repeat customer or one-time customer they don't care because they know they are going to get business from lots of people so if you get screwed they really don't care. The owner, Surjit, is a greedy, self-centered, bad-tempered person who wants nothing other than to take your money and stick it in his pocket. If you own a big truck do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

Most professional shop I have ever experienced, quality work done by professionals. I will never use another shop I would recommend New Best to everyone for all their truck repair services and needs anything you need they got you covered and it will be the best quality work you can find nation wide without a doubt.

Totally satisfied with service from experienced staff and time commitment.They have done the job with clear mind set without creating any hurdle and sent me on the road within stipulated time frame. They arranged the parts out of way to help their customer to finish the job asap.Looking forward to go there in future if any repair requirements.

Considering the time you loose because you have to stay home for an appointment, than the fact that the dealer takes sometimes weeks to fix something easy, this place is a bargain because they will take you as you show up, will not fix things that you don't tell them to fix and things that don't need fixing.Yes they might charge you a couple of hours extra for labor but Considering that I got oil change, inspection, rear shock, rear tires, alignment all done within 4-5 hours as opposed to 2-3 days and having to give up on trips, this is still a good deal for me!Thanks Balkar and his awesome team!

Got my clearance lights fixed on one of my trucks took 45 minutes and charged me 2 hours of Labour and $30 for 5 feet of 14 gauge cable and 4 ties what a rip off questioned Balkar about it an according to him he put his best guy on it which I pointed out where the problem was what a RIP OFF never going back again and will not recommend bigger the shop bigger the crook.
