Very poor customer service. I have been trying to reach corporate for 3 months and can't even get a call back. Their stores are disgusting and clearly it's due to a lack of company leadership.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Chinatown Vancouver location, the cashier told a homeless lady that she better pick the items she really wants because she knows she can’t afford everything when in fact she had enough money. Evil disgusting person. That is no way to speak to ANYBODY

I think dollar tree is great and provides a lots of good stuff for not more than 1.50. The quality is also great.:)

Dollar Tree charges PST on school supplies. Experienced very rude customer service at the Port Coquitlam location. I will bring my business elsewhere.
